Sitting on the Sidelines
Authors' Note: This takes place during "Forever Phantom", with Amorpho. Also, this is my very first DP story because I procrastinate and usually write my original story ideas, but feel free to help me fix any mistakes on here; I'm not that good yet.
Disclaimer: Danny Phantom belongs to Butch Hartman and Viacom, so I don't own anything.
All he wanted was to be noticed. It wasn't like everyone at Casper didn't want the same thing he did. He only did what he thought was right with his powers and now he was suddenly a superstar.
So whenever he was met head on with fans he would joke out a quip, and leave- it's not like there was any harm in enjoying having his fans like him, right?
After multiple encounters like that he gave a small sigh of relief, the comfortable warmth he associated when turning back into shy, old, Danny Fenton, son of the Ghost Hunters erasing the deathly cold from his body.
He never thought having fans was a problem (Especially with Paulina), but when he was turned into his Phantom persona and was unable to change all he really wanted.. was a little peace and quiet, and even in a small part of him, to go to school.
Fans were nice, but he only wanted Sam and Tucker, who always were there for him. Being a hero.. is really difficult. Sure you get fans, boys and girls alike, but now he realized as he maybe he always thought, was to just sit on the sidelines and watch.
