A Poem For Inuyasha

Why do you stand there,

Without a care.

She bound you to a tree,

She's evil don't you see.

Do you still love her,

Or the reincarnation of her.

Every time she comes around,

You speak not one sound.

How can you say you love me,

I have seen the way you look at me.

I see love in your eyes,

But it's a love that is not mine.

It is the priestess' love,

A love that comes from above.

Please say you love me,

At least say you care for me.

The many times you've saved my life,

I believed that you would save me from any awful strife.

After all she has done,

Could you still continue to say she is the one.

I told you,

I love you.

Please say you love me too,

I'll do anything to have you.

Is it you,

Or is it me.

What will ever come,

Of this strange travesty.

Tell me you love me,

Not me the reincarnation.

Just the one and only me.
