Disclaimer: I own nothing
Look at me, my depth perception must be off again
Cause this hurts deeper than I thought it did
It has not healed with time...
It just shot down my spine
Vincent sat by Hojo's lab, thinking. He missed her, needed her, yet he didn't want to risk being hurt again. He didn't even know if she was in there! But he couldn't take it anymore. He had to do something, to make him stop thinking about this.
You look so beautiful tonight
Remind me how you laid us down, and gently smiled
before you destroyed my life..
Vincent got up. He had to get out of here, had to stop thinking about it. He walked away from Hojo's lab, and headed to the ruins of Midgar (where Sephiroth and Cloud had the fight).
Would you find it in your heart
to make this go away
and let me rest in pieces
Would you find it in your heart
to make this go away
and let me rest in pieces
The sky was lit up. The thin white cloud were dispersed through the sky, and the ruins of the buildings towered up in the sky. It was wrecked even more when Sephiroth and Cloud fought. The sky was a pale orange, and the slightly setting sun cast a yellow light over the valley of sky. Vincent continued walking through the ruins.
Look at me my depth perception must be off again
You got much closer than I thought you did
I'm in your reach
you held me in your hands...
Vincent climbed up onto a crumbled building, and stood on top. The view was spectacular. The wind whistled through the atmosphere. Vincent listened as the silence enveloped him. This is what he loved. Silence. Nothing to worry about, nothing to bother him, just stone cold silence. He sighed. "I can't take this anymore..." he said. The only thing that seems to be listening was the wind. That was good enough. "Lucrecia.." he whispered.
Would you find it in your heart
to make this go away
and let me rest in pieces
Would you find it in your heart
to make this go away
and let me rest in pieces
"Let me rest in pieces..."
Would you find it in your heart
would you let me rest in pieces
Would you find it in your heart
would you let me rest in pieces
Tada. Tell me what you think, it's my first time writing one of these. The song is 'Rest in Pieces' by Saliva love
