Chapter 1:Home Is Where You Are.

He breathed in the fresh New England air with the biggest of grins across his face. His brown eyes sparkling in the sunlight as he stepped out of the cab. He was supposed to be in London and his sidekick was ringing off the hook but he didn't care, the minute he left his apartment, he felt his heart break into a million little pieces, and by the time he was standing in line for the security check, the tears had welled up in his eyes, he needed her, he realized that and a year without her would kill him, so he left, he grabbed his things, threw his ticket in a wastebasket and caught a cab back to his apartment, scratch that their apartment back in New Haven.

He stepped over the threshold of the elevator on his floor and looked around with a small smile, dialing her number he took in a breath waiting for the angelic voice to come over the phone

"L...Logan?" the timid voice said into the phone as she tried to calm herself down

"Hey ace, could you do me a favor?" he said with a slightly smug grin as he stood merely a foot from their front door." Anything"

"Good, check the hallway, I left you something out there"

With that the coffee haired blue eyed women walked swiftly to the hallway swinging the door open the phone falling from her fingers as her eyes went wide before ran into his awaiting arms with a groan he lifted her and spun her around

"Why the hell are you still here?" she said in a pouty, yet angry voice as soon as he put her down

"I'm glad to see you too Rory "he laughed and placed his hand on the small of her back and smiled lightly
"This isn't fair, you can't just show up and then leave again, the first goodbye was hard enough and you can't do it again to me, I won't let you leave again now" She rambled, the infamous Gilmore trait, the one he loved and in the middle of the rant, he pressed his lips against hers, cupping her face in his hands

"I don't plan on going anywhere ace, no matter what" he smiled and leaned in to kiss her again.

With that, he lifted her into a fireman's carry, into the apartment and onto the fluffy white bed that they shared. His lips kissing every part of her body and whispering things into her ear that young society women should never here. He was home, because home was where she was.
