As the moonlight shone through the window, she lay watching her lover sleep and smiled happily. In that moment she felt so happy to be there, so lucky to have the woman of her dreams laying with her. She closed her eyes feeling content, happy and loved. Knowing that this beautiful woman would be the most amazing sight to wake up to.
A few moments later she felt her lover sit up, and automatically reopened her eyes, looking up at her, "Are you okay?" she asked softly
Her lover smiled and nodded, "Is she still on the sofa?"
Jen looked confused, "Is who on the sofa Zee?" she asked softly
Ziva looked at her, and mumbled something incoherent.
Jenifer Shepard smiled and hugged her, tugging her to lay back down, "Go back to sleep babbeess"
Ziva mumbled an 'okay' and snuggled back down to sleep, this time with her lovers arms around her comforting her.
She slept feeling safe, as her lover pressed a kiss to her head.
Everything was okay again.
Love can defeat anything.
