Lance looked up at his screen. He hesitated clicking on the chat bubble but he did it anyway

SexyBlueboi: hi

RedThunder: hello

He always got private messages but this one felt different

RedThunder: wanna join me on cod?

SexyBlueboi: sure.

Lance played for about three hours before falling asleep at two am

~next morning~

"LANCE LANCE LANCE! WAKE UP WAKE UP!" Three little kids screamed into Lance's ears making them ring slightly "What are you guys doing?" The kids jumped on his stomach "IT'S PANCAKE DAY" Lance sat up immediately and we all ran downstairs. "Kids! Pancake day!" Our mother shouted. We raced down the stairs "Ha! I beat you, Lance!" Sam sat at the table while Jessie and Olivia fought over a pink plate. Lance sits down and his mother beckons the rest of the children from their rooms, she kisses lance's head and brings the pan around. "How many?" Said his mother, as she brought the plate of hot pancakes over "two please mom" Lance said politely, she made her way around the 10 spots on the table, slowly getting filled up. Lance cautiously reached for the syrup.

"Where Vanessa?" His mother says

"She's still in her room I think" Lances older brother Jack says

"Why don't you go check on her"

"I will after breakfast" his sister Diana says, yawning

"Hey, can I go eat this upstairs? I have a project I need to work on" Lance says

"Knock yourself out kid"

Lance slipped out of the chair and back into his messy room, he turned on the Xbox and there is was again, RedThunder. Curiously he clicked on the bubble thinking no harm could be done.

RedThunder: Hello. How are you?

SexyBlueboi: I'm alright. Wby?

RedThunder: I'm pretty good.

He was a bit curious, no one had ever started a conversation with him before,not as eloquently anyway. Lance may be the guy at school that everyone loves but I still don't have many friends. He decided to let the kid keep going

Sexyblueboi: so are you hooked up the the local server or

RedThunder: Yes. My name is Keith

Sexyblueboi: No shit, really?

RedThunder: Do I know you?

sexyblueboi: I guess. I'm Lance, Lance Alvarez, we have math together

RedThunder: Oh hey

Sexyblueboi: I didn't' know you played fp shooter games

RedThunder: I usually don't, but it was just a weird night
