"Watch it!" The frustrated Latina shrieked. She turned annoyed to Danny Fenton that was carelessly not watching his step.

Ugh.

Paulina rolled her beautiful aqua eyes as the geeky boy apologized. Danny Fenton wasn't only the at the bottom in the social latter, but he was the main target for the school's bullies.

She scoffed, it was bad enough he shared the same first name with her man, her beloved ghost boy. Her heart fluttered just by thinking about him…

"Um… Sorry Paulina, I wasn't looking where I go." The raven-haired boy replied with one hand nervously rubbing the back of his neck. Paulina blinked, for a second she could swear he looked kind of …cute.

The tan girl shook it off with a cool mask she always kept, "Of course you didn't, silly." Paulina batted her eyelashes, eyeing the goth freaky girl in Fenton's side. Oh, she would be dying of jealousy right now.

In fact, if that freak would just let the world be it would be better. Imposing her ideas even though she proudly claimed her individuality by being an Ultra-Recycle Vegetarian and a goth even if she didn't even act like one. I mean, even Paulina knew the trends she didn't have to follow like… ever. That girl was a mix between a failed try of emo, punk and goth.

"Yeah whatever, can we go to class now, Danny?" Sam made her presence known, Danny nodded in response.

"Oh please, loser. You are getting late anyways." Paulina didn't bother to hide her dislike for the girl. It was well-known both females hate the other's gut.

Sam turned to face the Latina, placing dangerously her elbow over Danny's shoulder with a smug expression on her pale face. "Yeah? Last time I checked, it wasn't your business."

Paulina looked at her with fire on her eyes, but being a perfect actress like she was, she turned to Danny with a calm expression. Completely ignoring the goth and her half-made comebacks. "Hey Danny…" Paulina pressed delicately and passed her hand over his arm, "I was wondering if you like to go to movies with me? …Tonight at 7." Her voice lingered seductively against Danny's will.

The blue-eyed kid was already nodding, even if it was slowly, when a pang of pain spread on his chest. Danny turned to Sam, already opening his mouth to ask why did she did that but his answer soon came. "Sorry Pauli, but Danny, Tucker and I have plans already."

The Latina pouted supposedly disappointed, "What a bummer." With her acting skills, the girl put a bright smile, "But there isn't a problem, maybe tomorrow?"

Danny grimaced, he didn't want to reject a girl, even when he didn't like her anymore in that way. Reluctantly, Danny took a deep breath and much to his friend's shock a soft "Yes." escaped his lips.

Paulina beamed, she placed a hand on her hip and winked, "See ya, tomorrow Danny." Then, she walked away.

"Danny! What were you thinking! That girl is as fake as her nails!" Sam yelled throwing her arms to the air.

Tucker looked up from his PDA, Alexandra. "Calm down, Sam. Danny is just going to a date with her…and you as a friend should be encouraging him unless you like hi-" Tucker never got to finish that sentence as his beret was stuffed in his face.

"Don't you dare finish that sentence, Tucker!" Sam's face was a dark shade of red.

Danny chuckled at his friends' antics, "C'mon guys, it's not a date…I just couldn't say no. We'll just hang out, it's not like I'll tell her my secret." He said nonchantly, "Now, c'mon we're going late to Lancer's."

Tucker glanced over his two best friends over his PDA, he sighed. It was so hard to get this to lovebirds to admit they're feeling for each other.

On the other hand, Sam Manson was fuming inside. She hated everything about that girl, Paulina 'Miss. Perfect' Sanchez.' She was beautiful, but only on the outside, she was rich, but what? So was Sam. The Latina was also the most popular girl in all Casper High.

But, argh. Those people were just mindless zombies that followed the crowd.

Paulina was the vain on all Sam's existence. But the goth wasn't going to let some petty spoiled brat order her around and she wasn't out of the game just yet.

She would fight. For herself, her rights, her best friends and her crush.

Paulina Sanchez was a Queen.

It was a title she often reassured by the constant and firm posture she walked on, a confident face and the power she held on the school. No one could stand up to such level, she was praised with both respect and fear…Fear was more used as a weapon, y'know, she couldn't afford anyone standing up to her or the A-Listers. She was the head of the monarchy in the place and everything needed to work correctly as supposed so.

She had all the elements to move the school to her need and please, she had power, looks, money and popularity. And right now, she wanted Danny Fenton.

Sure, the guy wasn't anything Paulina would look in a man. Like in a million years, she would look for Danny Fenton, heck! She preffered Mickey, at least that boy had brains.

The point was Sam Manson. The Latina girl hated that girl with passion and it was a mutual feeling, that what why she wanted Fenton. Although, it wasn't the first time Paulina tried to steal the boy from Sam. Now, she had a plan.

One that would actually work.

Because she simply couldn't stand that girl in her halls. She stood for all the things Paulina disliked. That girl was the shadow on Paulina's spotlight.

"Paulina, are you okay?" Her friend, Star called, shooting her a worried glance. "You're staring at that goth freak."

Paulina snapped out of her thoughts, nodding to her blond friend, "Oh, it's nothing Star." She smiled.

At least not yet.

Jeez, it's a cold war.

Unfortunately for both of the girls…Nah, I'll say a spoiler, but I just happen to hate spoilers.

I mean they told me an Avengers: Endgame's spoiler and I didn't quite enjoyed the movie because of that. It was awesome, but I kinda knew what it was going to happen…

Anyway, hope you enjoy the story :3

Reviews are greatly appreciated.
