Baby Knuckles crawled out of his home. He looked out to see who was around, and he saw Sonic! Regular Sonic, not Baby Sonic.
Baby Knuckles crawled over to Sonic.
"Hewwo ^_^" he said.
Sonic looked down at Baby Knuckles. He pulled out a shovel from somewhere and held it up.
"High shovel," he said.
Baby Knuckles' eyes sparkled at the sight of the shovel. He raised his fist up.
"H-High sovel!" he shouted.
Sonic put the shovel away, reached down, and patted Baby Knuckles on the head.
"Don't worry, buddy." he said.
Baby Knuckles was so happy! He decided to follow Sonic around all day!
Baby Knuckles constantly said, "High sovel," but Sonic didn't mind, even when the old ladies behind him in the Target checkout line were getting irritated. They actually might have been upset that Sonic ate 14 chili dogs in front of all of them in the line, he wasn't even waiting to check out. The "High sovel" thing was just an add-on annoyance.
Sonic ran out with his sonic speed, holding Baby Knuckles by the hand. He didn't pay for the chili dogs
Baby Knuckles only smiled. Being an adult seemed so cool!
