Prologue

" Come Child! You are lagging behind!" " But Grandfather! Stop! What about mother? Let go! Grandpa.''

As easy as memories came, they faded as well, though this one still lingered in her mind for years now. Grandfather had told her, he had told her mother would be taken to a hospital to be free of her illness. That was 7 years ago, and she hadn't heard or spoken of her mother since. She was scared of what the answer to her longing question would be, though deep inside she knew it already, she knew mother was gone. For the past 7 years her grandfather, Count Dooku the 2nd, had been training her to become a Jedi. Everyday at dawn to dusk she was taken to a large, marbled room, few windows framed the room, but besides that darkness crept from each corner. She didn't even want to be a Jedi, she wanted to be like her mother, be the Queen of Serenno, though she knew that dream was long past. Training was hard, he never let her do anything with ease, every time she surpassed one level of her training another thing was brought, with more difficulty. What was the point of this anyway? She really didn't understand, but she obeyed her grandfather's every wish. He said when she turned 18 he will send her on her first mission, which will tell if her training was a success. Three more years to go, then she can finally stop all of this, maybe after the mission she'd leave, leave back to her home, and take her mothers position as the Queen of Serenno. A smile curled its way about her lips, leaving this hall of death, as she called it, was one of the few things that brought a smile to her face. Her past memories soon faded as quickly as they had come, and she whirled the buzzing light at her opponent, sending the droid down to the ground in pieces.
