CHAPTER 1

Squid was sitting on his bed, with his sweety face. Suddenly Zigzag came into the tent.

''Hey man, Mr. Pendanski say that the girls will come tomorrow!'' Zigzag told.

''Girls...?'' said Squid, confused.

''You know, the girls from the camp Sunshine!'' answered Ziggy.

''Oh, ya, the Girlscouts!'' said Squid smiling.

They left the tent and went to the canteen. In their table were sitting Armpit, X-Ray, Caveman, Zero, Magnet and Barfbag.

''Hey buddies, what's up?'' asked X-Ray.

''We're fine! And tomorrow begin the fun...'' answered Zigzag.

''Yeah, man!'' said Barfbag.

Everyone laughed. They were nervous. Girls... Good!

The day arrived and after digging, the guys had a shower and they ate.

At 8.00 o'clock the girl's bus arrived to the camp.

There were about 24 girls. The Warden assigned 7 girls in the D-Tent. Their descriptions:

Lucy: she had blonde, straight and long hair. She had big blue eyes and a heart-shaped mouth.

Ashley: she had brown, straight and very long hair. Her eyes were blue in winter and green in summer. She was prettier than the rest.

Emily: her curly and short hair was very funny. She had brown eyes and she was very very talkative.

Rose: her black hair was shorter than the rest of the girls. It was like a boy. Her eyes were slanted.

Destiny: the most beautiful she had was the hair. Her perfect waves reached to the waist.

Shanon: boys liked her so much. She wasn't very pretty, but her personality captivated guys.

Katherine: she was too small. She was a little fat, but her green eyes were very sweet.

''OK. Introduce yourselves.'' Mr. Sir said.

They introduced and they went to eat.

''And you dig holes every day?'' asked Ashley.

''Yeah, under the hot sun. Imagine it. All day, in the dry and hot dessert.'' answered Squid, pretented to be cool.

''Oh my god...So, we have to dig like you?'' asked Destiny.

''I think so...'' said Zigzag. He was thinking about Destiny's beauty.

''And, how many time are you gonna stay?'' asked Barfbag.

''For 2 weeks'' said Shanon.

Then they left the canteen. They went to sleep.

The next day, the girls put on their orange jumpsuits and toke a shovel. They went to the holes and Mr. Sir explained everything. They started to dig.

After 2 hours, the water-truck came. The girls were so tired, so the water was like heaven. Doctor Pendanski filled the canteens and they sat down on the floor to rest. Squid was beside Ashley, Ziggy beside Destiny, Barfbag beside Shanon, Lucy beside Magnet, Caveman beside Emily and X-Ray, Armpit and Zero were alone.

When they finished their holes, they went to camp. They took a shower, had dinner and then they went to the rec room.

Some of them were sitting on the sofa, others were sitting on chairs, and X-Ray and Armpit were playing pool.

''Well, girls... What about your first hole?'' asked Barfbag.

''Whoooa! I'm sooo tired...'' Rose said.

''Yeah, but the second is worst. You feel bad before starting.'' Squid said.

They talked so much. They talked about Girlscout's camp, Sunhine. They had 2 swimming pools, a forest, a bowling...

''Whoa...That's a camp! Not this shit...'' added Zigzag.

Everyone laughed. But that was true. In Camp Green Lake, the people just dig, dig, and dig. Nothing else. Well, take a shower, eat and sleep, but sleep...not much. And some people, like Squid, would be there for 2 years. Caveman for 18 months, Zigzag 2 and a half years, X-Ray, 2 years too... That was hell. But, at last, GIRLS! They were very glad.
