Disclaimer : If I owned The Big Bang Theory, I would already have found a dozen ways to increase the Shenny-ness in the show. Sadly, Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady are still not working on that.

Notes : This has to be the shortest OS ever, but I thought it'd be cute. Plus, Sheldon's mom is awesome, and I think she'd be capable of doing something like that.

"He thinks he's such a smarty pants ; he's no different from any man : ya tell him not to do somethin' and that's all they wanna do."

Mary Cooper raised her eyes from her plate and looked at her son : she watched him eating in silence for a few seconds, then suddenly said :

"You know, Shelly, I really don't think you should frequent that much the blond girl next door. I think she may have a bad influence on you."

Sheldon's fork stopped midway between the food and his mouth, and he cast his mother a flabbergasted glare :

"Well, I'm sorry, Mother, but as it happens, Penny is one of my dearest friends, and I will perpetuate my relationship with her, whether you approve of it or not."

The physicist put down his fork, got up of his spot and walked out of the apartment. A few seconds later, Mary heard three times in a row three knocks followed by a determined "Penny", and a door opening and closing. She smiled, half-affectionately, half-triumphantly, and put her attention back to her food.
