The day started off with a big meeting party from where Nami worked and she thought inviting her boyfriend was a harmless idea.
Of course Luffy was not to object to this idea since food was indeed his highlight to this get together,so of course he said yes to his girl.
So after 4 hours of getting ready and getting beat up for not wearing someing classy by his girlfriend, they was off to the party.
It started off okay, there was friends, food, music, food, lots of drinks and of course lots of food. To no surprise Luffy was more forcus on the meals then anything.
But something caught the boy's eyes, a buff guy with long black hair was flirting with Nami, his Nami at that.
Luffy was not the type to get overly jealous but when it came to Nami it was a whole different issue, as kids Luffy once beat up a guy dress in a bunny often just because he gave Nami a hug.
Over the years he kept those jealous feelings in check but tonight was different and hes not liking the guy being so close to his girl. "Remember this is for Nami..i'm here for her"
Nami was at first thinking this was gonna be a fun time but honestly so was bored out of her mind, she only did this to get on the good side of her boss and maybe get that raise she been hoping for.
So here she was on a friday night at a party that was nothing close to being great, she thought brining her boyfriend would be good for him since he been pretty behave this past week.
Then out of no where this buff pretty boy came to talk to her, of course she wasn't into him, long hair, buff chest, cocky smile and of course those fake color eyes. Ya she was not into this guy in the least bit.
"Hello my lady, how are you doing in this lovely evening ?" he said with the most brightnest smile he could have given a person. "Im doing fine, im just here with my BOYFRIEND enjoying the party" she said nearly shouting the word Boyfriend.
She even pointed at the said person and the man gave a hearty laugh then looked at her "That twing ? baby why don't you ditch the shrot guy and get with a real man" He took Nami's hand to kiss it till something grab hold of the said hand.
Luffy kept his eyes on the whole thing and the moment he touched her hand that did it, he dash over and grabed the man's hand in a rough way "Excuse me but mind not touching my GIRLFRIEND?" he said looking at him with a hard look, of course the man didn't take the hint.
"Excuse me but mind taking your short ass out of here, shes looking for a real man no..." Before the words left his mouth a fist to the jaw sent the man falling on his ass and he was out cold. Luffy with his hand still bald to a fist looked at Nami with a smile but it was replace with a fear looking one Nami looked at her boyfriend then the man on the ground then without another thought she turn around and walked towards the door. LETS GO LUFFY!" Luffy without another word was behind her heading towards the car. "Not good..
