"Won't this hurt, Lin?" Tenzin asked as Lin metal bent the metal into a small hoop.
"Oh, come on, Junior Twinkletoes. I bet your airbending tattoos hurt more. If you can bear those, you can bear this," the teenage girl replied. "Besides, I can practice my metalbending and leave my mark on you."
"You already took my virginity, Lin, and my heart. I'm pretty sure you've already left your mark on me."
Lin stayed quiet, concentrating on bending an end of the hoop into sharpness.
"Lin…"
"Man up, Tenzin, and take your pants off."
"If my father finds out, he'll kill me!"
"And if you don't go through with it, I'LL kill you," Lin retorted.
Tenzin recoiled under her glare and slowly slid his tunic off. Thank the spirits they were hiding in their secret spot, far behind the training grounds, or else getting caught would be eternally embarrassing.
Lin shoved Tenzin to the ground, so that he was lying flat on his back, completely naked. Then, Lin shocked him by placing a gentle kiss on his lips.
"Trust me," she whispered, then kissed him again.
"Always, Lin," he softly replied.
Lin's touch made his mind spiral into ecstasy, and she kept kissing him, whispering words of comfort, before he felt the sharp pain of the metal piercing his manhood. He tried to bite back a yell, but he couldn't help it, his mouth opening to form a shout before Lin completely covered his mouth with her own, her tongue soothing his shouts.
"This may be the only time I wish I were anything but an earthbender. I wish I were a waterbending healer right now. I'd ease away your pain, Tenzin," Lin whispered, laying down beside him.
"This was your crazy idea, Lin," he panted in response.
"I'll take it out someday," she laughed, curling into his side.
"Besides, you still love me."
He sighed and pulled her closer.
"Forever."

Tenzin felt indescribable pain.
He would take a thousand ampallangs if it meant keeping Lin safe with him. But he couldn't stop her, he couldn't stop her from jumping onto those airships to save them. She was always stubborn. She always had to do things her way, just like her mother. He couldn't bear to watch as he heard the airship explode.
"Yip, yip, Oogi."
