Disclaimer: I wish. But I don't.

And the guys who wrote just don't know what they're talking about. If they did, they wouldn't even talk about it. Or, at least, not that way. Because it's so painful and hard to bear a memory there's always a lump at the back of one's throat, keeping one from speaking.
-
A lie is no empty words with meaningful signification – it's a rift, a separation of a life in two, between what once was and what is now.
-
A lie is when you're right by her side all the while and you can't even be yourself for her.
A lie when every jewel in the country is worth nothing next to two shining blue eyes.
A lie is when the world around reduces to a pair of green eyes when you last expected it.
A lie is when you hurt what's dearest to your heart.
-
A lie is something cold and sharp like the blade of a sword put down on your throat.
A lie is a comedy of everyday where you hide from yourself and you're not even quite sure who you are anymore.
A lie is when life is irony itself.
-
When you hurt more what you wanted to protect most of all
When you see someone cry and you can't do anything about it
When you lay in your bed at night and you just can't sleep
When you're not sure you're going to wake up
When you awake in the morning from a wonderful dream and you have to take the mask back on
When you're lonely in the biggest crowd
When you smile and laugh but inside there's just emptiness and urge to cry
When you're always dancing on the limit between shadows and light
When you sit by the window and you can hear a driving rain even when the sun shines
When notions of black and white, right or wrong, just go missing
When you feel there's no more hope for you to get out of this, that you're trapped and you can't do anything about it
When distress suddenly hangs over your shoulders and you just want to sit and cry
-
A lie is when you're forced to keep walking, one step after the other, but you can't take it anymore–
And you let it all fall, let your lies shatter into pieces on the ground.
-
No more restless nights
No more repressed sobs
No more hidden cries
No more blatant lies
Just the blatant truth.
-
And no matter how hurt and grieved you are, as long as the one you live for is okay, then you feel fine
And you'll dry her tears and comfort her and make her smile like you used to do
-
See that look of happiness and glee in those eyes that shed so many tears
Hear that laugh you had lost long ago and you missed so much
-
Then maybe you'll tell her the words you've always kept from her
Those very words she's been waiting for – for so long
-
And see her eyes shine with relief and joy
And you'll know that it was worth it after all
-
But then you wake up and it was just a dream
A dream that drifts away like a relentless pain
-
You take back your mask, and you smile at her
Waiting for that moment when there'll be no more lies
oo well, it turned out nicely in the end… I didn't expect it to go that way, but anyway… there! it's done!
