Ring.
The alarm.
No. Not the alarm.
Ring.
The phone. The phone is ringing.
Barely moving from the warm body occupying the bed with her, Sara reached one arm over to the bedside table and fumbled for the offending item.
"Hello?" she managed.
What time was it? Early. Too early.
"Sara?"
"Catherine?" Confusion. Why was Catherine calling her?
"Uh, yeah. Is...Grissom there?"
"Why would Grissom be here?"
Pause. Silence.
"Because this is his phone, Sara."
Damn.
Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, Sara nudged Grissom. His eyes opened and blinked at her.
Sara held out the phone.
"It's for you."
