Toshiro Hitsugaya was having a wonderful day, a few hours ago his friend Ichigo who was visiting during his break from medical school. He had brought Toshiro a gift. Special pills.

In secret Ichigo told Unohana, Toshiro, and Ise about this miracle medicine meant to sober people up by force. The medicine was suppose to make any alcholic become violently ill after it is administered.
"It works up to 8 hours each, but can only be administered every ten." Ichigo explained as he tapped the two pill containers. "They are tastless too."
Toshiro grabbed a container and shunpoed away looking like the cat that ate the canary. Ise pondered then took the last container and walked out to meet her Captain.
Ichigo smirked then turned to Unohana. "Thanks for helping me with this project."
"Not a problem, so when do we tell them that what you gave them was a placebo?"
Ichigo took a form out of his sleeve. "According to this...72 hours."
Unohana smiled. "I'll be sure to document anything they made do. Hope you get a good grade on your project."
"Thanks."
(Present)
Toshiro was silently wishing he had a camera when he told Matsumoto about the medicine he spiked her tea with. Now she was looking longingly at the large bottle of sake that Toshiro had sitting on a bookshelf to tempt her with.
"What's the matter Matsumoto? Wouldn't you like a taste of that sake? I was told it was a gift from a famous maker." Toshiro taunted.
'Must have sake...NO! Will become really sick if I do...CURSE YOU CAPTAIN!'
"No thanks, I'm fine with this tea." Matsumoto replied.
(with Ise)
Ise was smirking at her Captain who nearly fainted when she said that she had secretly drugged him.
"Nanao! Why?" He sobbed.
"Now Captain, we have plently of tea and work to do." She replied as she slammed a stack of paperwork on his desk twice her size.
Ukitake came in with a small jug of sake.
"Hey, I just got some sake, do want some?"
"NOOOOOOOO!"
Ukitake dropped the sake in shock. "WH-AT?"
(Later at a Captain meeting)
"HE SAID WHAT?"
"He refused sake." Ukitake repeated again. The captains, minus Toshiro, were in shock.
Inside Toshiro's mindscape he and Hyorinmaru were dancing and celebrating.
(72 hours later)
Ichigo stood before the victims of his 'placebo' project. He never seen either one look so terrible. Matsumoto was shaking like made and seemed to be biting everyone's head off.
"Ladies and Gentlemen. 72 hours ago you were all given medicine to stop you from drinking. The truth is you were actually given a placebo. The white capsules you took were only sugar pills. Ho-"
*crash*
The two alchoholics were gone.
"However, the only blue capsules that were also in the container administer 8 hours ago were in fact the real medicine." Ichigo finished.
That night the two 'victims' were bowing to the porcelian throne and Ichigo got an A on his project.
The next week when he returned he was met by two very angry shinigami.
