'Scorpius, wake the hell up!' yelled his father Draco.
Today, Scorpius would come to Hogwarts as a fifth year student. He slowly got out of bed and got ready. He couldn't wait 'til he got to platform 9 ¾. He would meet Rose for the fist time in two months. Rose was a Weasley so he had to keep their friendship secret. His father and his Grandfather would beat him down if they knew he was talking to a Weasley. He got his trunk and headed downstairs where his parents waited for him. 'You know I think we have a daughter Astoria. He takes so long packing and things, 'Draco said.
"Oh be quiet. If we had one then you probably would say the…Scorpius! 'His mother finally acknowledged him. The ride to King's Cross was a long and hard one. All Scorpius could think about was meeting and hugging Rose.
Rose was already packed up and ready to go the next morning. She had let Scorpius enter her mind. Hugo was standing outside her bedroom door when she finally let him in.
'What do you want Hugo? 'Rose asked.
'Well I know you're a fifth year and I'm a fourth…'.
'And…'.
'And well. Don't do anything stupid because your fifteen or a fifth year or whatever, 'He concluded.
'And you won't huh? 'Rose asked testy.
'Hugo! Rose! Downstairs now! 'yelled her father Ron.
They reluctantly walked downstairs. They already knew what their parents were going to say.
'Rose go with your mother in the dining room. I'll talk with your brother, '.
Her mom was in a chair at the supper table. Okay, thought Rose. I never had this type of talk before.
'Now Rose I know your 15 and all that but I think your smart enough to know that you don't do anything dumb or stupid. Or both. Think about your decisions twice. Whether its good or bad. These next three years is going to be a bumpy ride,' her mother concluded.
"Hermione let's go! Hurry up!'
'Come on Rosie. Hogwarts awaits you, '.
All Rose could think was Scorpius.
Scorpius finally arrived at King's Cross. He walked fast, a almost-break-into-a-run-to-see-my-friend walk. He made a running start through the barrier. He looked over the crowd but didn't see her. She must already be on the train, he thought. Scorpius waved good-bye to his parents and started looking into the compartments looking for Rose. Oh, dammit, he thought. They always met near the prefects compartment. He walked down the passageway down to that last compartment before the prefects. There sitting in shoulder-length burgundy colored hair and prefect blue eyes sat Rose Weasley. "Rose!' he shouted. She jumped out of her seat and ran into Scorpius's arms. 'Long time no see Ms. Weasley,' he said breaking the embrace.
'Long time no see Mr. Malfoy,' Rose repeated.
'So how was your summer Scorpius?' Rose asked.
'A close one. My father almost found out about us. You know…friends,' .
'How close?' Rose wondered out loud in a mischievous voice.
'Very close. He caught me writing down a letter to you,'.
'What?'.
'He asked who it was to and so I told him Callum-James. Then he said 'Scorpius you better start telling the truth'. Then I said.' I am Father'. In the most saddest voice I could find. He smirked at me then left me alone,' Scorpius finished.
'Wow. Same here with my dad though different thing. I was caught sending a gift to you, but, I was caught up in some…things,' Rose said in her very special spy voice. Eyebrows raised and a smile she continued after Scorpius asked this…
"Like what Miss Weasley?' He asked in his special voice.
'Ah, I knew you would ask . Ah, let's see. I was sending you a gift, and my father walked in telling me to wash up for dinner. He asked me who it was to, I said Albus. He said no it isn't. I said yes it is, and leave me alone right now please. I said in my Daddy's girl voice. He melted and then left me alone. I have him wrapped around my finger,' Rose said.
'Where did you inherit this good but bad gene Miss Weasley?' Scorpius asked mockingly.
"Well, I don't know. My intelligence has spark some ideas I guess,'.
There sat on the train for hours until they heard the train hit the brakes.
'I will see you after the feast,' Rose said standing up.
'Room of Requirement,' Scorpius confirmed.
