I woke up in a dark room, at least I thought it was dark until the searing pain form the tightly tied blindfold became clear. My hands were tied behind me and I struggled to get them free, realizing that my feet were free, I did the "jump rope" move to get my hands in front of me. When I finally did so, I took the blindfold off I worked on getting my hands free as I looked around. I was presently located in a warehouse in the middle of somewhere, as to where, I wasn't sure but I wasn't going to stick around to find out. After an unfair struggle that lasted five minutes my hands were free and I looked for a blunt object. I probably should have had one earlier, but how was I supposed to know where I would end up?
I found a crowbar and in my head dared some invisible force to try something. I went to some metal stairs that lead to a balcony and I jumped up them three at a time until I came to the top. Hoping that there wasn't anyone around I opened a window and looked outside. I didn't see anyone so I climbed out and made my way to the end of the roof. The silence was almost unbearable but thankfully I still didn't see anyone around to stop me so i looked for a way to climb down.
I found a place where there were some crates stacked up like stairs and I quickly but quietly climbed down. I looked around again and when I didn't see anyone standing in the way of me and my freedom, I ran, crowbar in hand. I came upon a huge fence, the top lined in barbed wire like a prison. I thought about climbing it and quickly dismissed that thought knowing I would probably kill myself doing so.I saw that the lock on the gate was large but it was no match for my all powerful crowbar, and broke with one swing. Pushing the gate open I looked back at the warehouse. I couldn't help but think something was wrong with this picture. I was tied up in this warehouse but there wasn't anyone else there. How I got there, and why, I don't know. I don't remember much of anything before I woke up but I know that some how I have to find out what happened to me and to who so ever brought me here.
As i walk away from the warehouse, I notice a little road half covered by trees. There is a sign next to it but if there had been writing on it it was worn away. Close by I hear the annoying sound of flies and as a small breeze comes my way, I smell what seems to be the stench of rotting flesh. "Oh god.." I say, to no one in particular. With one deep breath and my crow bar in hand, I decide to walk down this road with no name.
