A/N: I'm sorry that this is not Cliché SOAIS, but I have a good reason. Every Saturday from now on, there will be a new story posted. Whether it's a regular story, a SOAIS chapter, or maybe chapter 3 of the story Ghosts I did in October (I might wrap it up with the next chapter). So this one is a random oneshot about Milo and Oscar playing Guitar Hero. I got the idea from playing Guitar Hero for the first time. So enjoy!

Guitar Zeroes

Three fish, Milo, Bea, and Oscar, walked out of the video game store. Milo holding a game case, Oscar holding a guitar peripheral. All with smiles in delight. "Oh my gosh, this will be epic!" Milo said jumping.

"I know, bro. The game is supposed to connect with guitars while we are playing it!" Oscar said, clearly reading off the box. They swam home to Oscar and Milo's tank. But as the house was in clear sight, they ran in anticipation, ready to play. They opened the door, then ran down the stairs to the bedroom.

"Quick! Put the game in! Bea yelled kicking on the couch, since they only bought two controllers.

"I'm getting it! Milo, turn the system on!" Oscar yelled, peeling plastic of the game case. They slid the disc in the system. The guitars lit up a red circle showing they were connected to the console. The opening screen showed a heavy metal guy jamming out on the type of guitar then flames flaring behind him. Then it showed he was performing in front of a crowd. Then the title letters popped up "Guitar Hero III" The fish looked in awe. It looked pretty awesome.

"Okay lets start at easy for now." Milo said. He scrolled down the song list. "So what song do you want to do, bro?"

"Um, how about Slow Ride. It better live up to its name." Oscar joked, pressing the green button. The song started out with a series of green notes on the far left bar on the neck. Then the chorus started with a pattern form each verse. Green, yellow, red, green, green. The boys kicked butt on it. Most of the time, the keys would go to the shape of stars. If they played the notes correctly, the neck would go blue and it would amplify your performance.

When the song stopped, the crowd of virtual fish cheered when the letters "You Rock!" appeared on the screen. The three fish cheered loud enough to break the glass tank.

"Dude, we DO rock!" Oscar cheered.

"We got to be experts now! Lets switch to expert level!" Milo yelled. They went to the title menu and selected "Expert Level".

"Now what song shall we do?" They mumbled to themselves. Oscar clicked on custom songs which he actually misclicked the blue button by mistake. Milo skimmed through and found a song called "Through the Fire and the Flames".

"Okay, now that title sounds epic." Oscar said, pressing green along with his brother. As the song started, flurries of reds, and blues, and now oranges flowed down the guitar neck. The fish slammed on the keys as hard as they could, but the boos of the crowd ended the song.

The boys were in shock. "I thought we were rock stars!" Milo yelled, throwing the controller down on the ground.

"Yeah, this game lied to us! This game is stupid!" Oscar said, doing the same.

"You guys are right. Let's just go to the Hokey Poke and forget about this game and never play it again." Bea said, swimming towards the door.

"Agreed." They said in unison, kicking the game and controllers in the depths of Milo's closet.

A/N: I hoped you liked this really, really, short story. I'll do something longer next time. This really happened to me, except I did pick it up again and eventually got better at it. So see you next week internet!
