Prologue: The Way It's Written (1-10)

A/N: In general I am against many beliefs, but "to each his own" so whatever. Do what ya want, just as long as your not bothering anyone else.

Disclaimer: None of this is mine (besides the words) so chill. I'm not making a profit out of this. Trust me, if I could I wouldn't be on this site.

All the Bibles, Qur'ans, and Śrutis in the world could never break down my belief that religion is mere bull shit. They all preach the same thing; believe in this principle and peace will come to you. People try to play them off like their religion is the truth, and all the rest are too diverse (and too bizarre) for any rational individual to believe in. The religious leaders don't even try to help matters either. It's either their way, or no way at all. So, I've taken the path less traveled and flipped all of these psychotic people the bird while disproving their beliefs with the flick of my invisible wand.

I've asked Al what he believes in, and he just shrugged his armored body and said that, "I believe that we create our own salvations, God has nothing to do with it". I didn't question this, because in some ways I agree with him. But, if we can create our own paradises, can we not create our own hells? Perhaps some questions shouldn't be asked, but it's best to know before it's too late I suppose. Too bad I haven't asked Al about it yet. Maybe I will when Al has his body back. Perhaps then, and only then could I ever understand what it's like to truly have some peace of mind for the sins that I have already committed.

Anyway it's just obvious what kind of sins these religions are committing. It's all about m$n$y, external assurance, and social interaction ( in any form from gossip, to the next "big" story on the news), but doesn't their principles discourage such nonsense? But, do any of these worthless followers think of this? No, their too busy worrying about what others are, or not doing. It's always about what your neighbor has done, never what you have done. Maybe it's human nature to call out others, but it doesn't make it right.

This world is full of idiots, but none are so terrible as the ones whom actually believe this garbage without looking at the facts themselves. They'd much rather allow others to feed them nonsense, than open up a fucking book. ...with all these idiots in the world, I wonder how anyone will ever become something "good". Maybe that's their God's plan, create a world that revolves around stupid practices and then kill them all off for his own entertainment.

...I'm convinced that religion will be the downfall of man, just wait and see.

A/N - They'll be more, 9 more to be exact. I like putting a number on things, makes my job so much easier. Criticism is welcomed, I suck as a writer nowadays anyway.
