Song: Hello by Evanescence
Playground School bell Rings, again Rain clouds come to play, again Has no one told you she's not breathing?
Scott walked through the empty hallways lost in though again. He looked out of one of the windows. It was still raining. It had been every since lunch – when Ororo had gone up to her room. ~I haven't seen the sun in days.~ He reached his office and went inside. God, he hated marking papers.
Hello I'm your mind giving you Someone to talk to Hello
*You know you love marking them hunnie* Scott whipped his head up at the sound of Jean's voice. ~God Jean, why did you do it? How could you do this to me?~ He rubbed his temples as he bent back over his papers. He sighed. He couldn't concentrate now. He shoved the papers over next to the steadily growing pile. He hadn't been able to concentrate on anything recently.
If I smile and don't believe
Soon I know I'll wake from this dream
Scott locked his office and trudged slowly up the stairs to their, his, room. He walked in and paused just inside the door. The room looked the same as it always did. The only difference was that Jean's pajamas were still draped across the back of her chair...Scott hadn't been able to put them away. In fact he hadn't touched any of her stuff. It would be too final to pack it all away. He walked into the bathroom. He splashed cold water on his face, hopping that somehow he'd wake up and Jean would be back. As he turned to head back to the bedroom, he saw Jeans shampoo in the shower next to his. She always used Strawberry scented things. He felt the tears begin to fall. He turned the bathroom light out and walked to the bed. Sitting down on his side he began to cry.
Don't try to fix me I'm not broken
Hello I'm the lie living for you so you can hide Don't cry
*Scott? Is everything all right? * Scott sighed. ~Yes Professor, I'm fine. ~ *Goodnight Scott* Scott lay down on the bed, his back towards Jean's side. His tears began to come faster. ~Oh Jean, how could you have done this to me? I can't go on without you. I need you here. ~ Scott cried himself to sleep, as he had done for the past two weeks.
Suddenly I know I'm not sleeping
Hello I'm still here All that's left of yesterday
The End
