This next information is classified tier 1 and only 'Fallen' handel eyes only.
'Fallen' is a failed prototype of Project 'Falling Devil' a Orbital Drop Shock Trooper and SPARTAN-II and Soldier Hybrid. Was most on the implants that a SPARTAN-II would have to make them Stronger failed to be implanted in to 'Fallen' body as his body rejected them, but the Spartan Neural Interface was one of the few Implanted that was successfully installed into 'Fallen' skull and his smart A.I codename 'Rose' made by Dr. Catherine Halsey to help with 'Fallen' growth and training.
'Fallen' is also houses a large informant on Covenant in his mind and he know most native language with in the Covenant and he know to follow a few of the Sangheili way in his way of fighting.
This A.I is a Security risk as it started to go into rampancy but any chance ONI has try to get the A.I from 'Fallen' this ended up with a 'ONI Special force' death and so we at ONI request that you 'Handel' keep an eye on the pair of them. as the A.I is a Danger and it is unknown what damage it can do.
Veronica Dare of the office of Naval intelligence, looked over a document that her higher up handed her just before her mission was going to start. "So what about?" Veronica looked at Soldier next to her a Brown hair and blue eye soldier who stood around 6'2ft wearing ODST battle armor a Gunnery sergeant Edward Buck.
"Classified." Veronica said as Buck sighed.
"What with you ONIs and your Classified informant?" Buck complain as the two was walking though the UNSC Say My Name a ship that hanging over the city of New Mombasa "Also what this about a new soldier being added to my team?" Veronica looked at Buck.
"That Soldier is key to the mission and his record get him more than enough reason to be here." Veronica defended the new man. "Plus Buck, you need the man power." the two got to the drop bay 45 and one the doors opened both Veronica and Buck was shocked to see 3 tall ODST a tail white male that stood around 6'3ft with short blonde hair and blue eye. Corporal Dutch, A brown male that stood around 6'3ft with short black hair and brown eye, Lance Corporal Romeo and white male brown hair and eye solider who stood around 6ft Private, First ClassMickey all around a oddly looking ODST with a young looked soldier with white short hair male who stood around 6'2ft and facing again Romeo who throw a punch to the white hair who duck and upper cut Romeo and hit his face. the ODST was send to the floor before the white hair stood over them.
"Give me back my chip?" he asked as Romeo got back up and got ready to fight again.
"Sorry but your-" Romeo was cut off by Buck.
"Romeo lock it down." Buck said before looking at the white hair. "And you start fight again, and i will have yo-" Veronica cut off Buck.
"Sergeant?!" The sergeant looked at Veronica as the other ODST looked at the young soldier in shocked.
"He a Sergeant?" Mickey was shock as Dutch facepalm.
"looked at his shoulder." He and Mickey looked at the Sergeant shoulder before Dutch nodded. "I'm sorry for my squad-mate." Dutch Apologised to the Sergeant who was looking at Romeo.
"Give me back my chip." The sergeant held out his hand to Romeo who held a small Data Crystal Chips Romeo throw it at the Sergeant. he smiled before looking at Veronica.
"Captain." he walked over to her. "Sergeant Silver Fallen reporting of service." after Silver reported in everyone got ready for a fight. The ODST Alpha-Nine got ready as the Sergeant and captain started to over mission details.
"Silver, you are to head still to ONI base and recover all data of the Fallen Devils and make sure that you make meet it back for the LZ." Veronica said as Silver nodded before putting on his Helmet. "Also you are to stay alway for any soldiers on the ground." Silver nodded before implanting his chip into his Helmet only to be shouted at.
"SILVER you Idiot." Silver sighed before heading to his pod and sat down. His A.I appeared on Silver HUB. "Why did you uninstall me?" Silver smiled.
"Sorry." Silver looked at a small window to see a little red girl with long hair and she looked around 12 but a bit glitchy. "How are You holding up partner?" Silver asked as his A.I nodded.
"I am, but." she started glitching and Silver Hub started to glitch to but Silver was not to effected by this. "I don't know how mush help i will be to you." Rose looked down but Silver smiled and cheered up his A.I.
"Come on Rose, i needed your help to stay active." Silver said as Rose looked at her partner. "we in this together." Rose smiled before nodded and the Glitching stopped as Silver thought. 'If Rose can keep it together long enough we can fix her.' his pod started to move and got ready for the mission.
Before Silver told hear what Buck and Veronica talking about Rose's rampancy started up giving Silver a large headache. "and We are mean." Silver only the last bit before the drop happened.
The drop almost when off without a problem until another drop pod crashed in Silver Pod knocking him out and he was alone with only darkness slowly taking over his mind. "Rose lock armour." Silver said before he was completely gone as his pod crashed into a tower.

I am going to try and reboot my old Halo ODST that i did a few years ago and so i hope you like it.
Also the chapter will be longer after this Chapter as this is just a prologue.
