Naruto walked around,he noticed people looking at some girl in respect. Confused he decided to take a peek,before he could was smacked very hard on the back of his head. "HEY BOW DOWN! THAT'S PRINCESS HINATA COMING YOU IMBECILE!!!" Naruto looked at the guy upset already about getting hit,"Shut up. I didn't even see her yet you old fart." The man's eyes suddenly lit on fire,and his voice lowered to a dangerous level,something even Naruto caught on to before running off quickly. Without watching where he was going,he bumped into a young girl. Silence filled the air,everyone shocked and angry. Naruto apologized,"Sorry-" Then when the girl finally lifted her head,his eyes widen in shock. "Princess Hinata?" "Um..who are you?"she asked shyly and not rudely. Naruto scratched the back of his head,"My name's Uzumaki Naruto!" He held out his hand to shake hers not really knowing this wasn't a way to greet the princess. She smiled as she shook his hand,something was different about him. But...she liked it.
*Next day*
Naruto sat down at his favorite ramen shop,he was shocked to see Hinata eating there. "Oi Hinata! I didn't know you are here. To be honest,i thought you would I don't know be eating some where more fancy I guess." Hinata chuckled abit. Nearby somebody coughed,"Don't talk to her as if she's a peasant."said a voice Naruto began disliking instantly. "And you are?" "Her bodyguard and Cousin Neji Hyuga." "I'm Naruto Uzumaki." "I can care less. You best treat her with respect or I'll take care of you myself." Naruto glared,"You know your a real jerk." "And your a loser." Before things can get heated up,Hinata said to her cousin,"Neji-san calm down,i don't mind him talking to me as an actual human being then just a princess." Neji grunted but didn't say anything else. Naruto grinned,"So what brings you here?" Hinata smiled,"Well I always wanted to try their ramen,i heard it's the best around." Naruto grinned,"Well your right it is. I always come here." Awkward silence took over for awhile before she finally said something. "So want to hang out sometime?" Naruto grinned,"Is it okay with Mr.Grumpy pants?" Hinata laughed and to Naruto her laugh was the most beautiful thing he heard. Well he definitely was no longer interested in Sakura anymore.
*That afternoon*
"Hey Hinata?" "Yeah Naruto?" Naruto stared at a tree,"Um...I was wondering...if maybe if you go on a date with me..." "Her eyes widen in surprise,"Naruto I-" "I mean if you say no I understand-" But Hinata cut him off by giving him a hug,"Of course Naruto!! I wanted to ask you all this time but didn't know how to." Naruto smirked,"Will Neji be mad?" Hinata grinned,"Probably." "I can't wait to see his shocked face." "Naruto..."she warned him though it was in a playful tone. Naruto threw up his hands in mock defeat before grabbing Hinata's hand and they walked to the Hyuga mansion... together.
