There were some things that were just facts of life.

In Prussia's mind, one of them was that he was the very epitome of awesome; another was that his five meters would have made him irresistible even if his awesomeness levels somehow managed to drop (which, for the record, was completely impossible).

Yet another was that China's younger sister was freaking hot.

He hadn't thought so the first time he'd seen Taiwan - she'd been worrying about something and nervously biting at her nails (a habit that Prussia found to be severely unawesome). But the second time he'd seen her, something had changed, or maybe it was just that he'd happened to walk in on her arguing with China about Japan. She'd glared at the much older nation, her hands on her hips, and had stood her ground.

Her voice had been raised - she'd been yelling, something about how "Japan's a much better older brother than you ever were and if you think I'm coming back you're crazy!"

She'd actually struck China dumb. The girl had spunk, there was no denying that.

From then on, he'd watched her. Germany had no idea why Prussia kept tagging along to the meetings, nor did he have any idea why Prussia would turn around and walk out after some of them started but stick around for others. Taiwan also had no idea that she'd somehow gained an admirer. No one knew.

...well, one person knew, and he wasn't happy. He was even less happy when Prussia finally made his move.

"Oi, you there!"

Taiwan stopped in her tracks, prompting Hong Kong, who'd been walking with her, to stop as well; the two of them turned in unison to look at Prussia. Hong Kong's expression was carefully blank, while Taiwan's was curious.

"Yes...? Did you need something?"

Prussia smirked and leaned in a little to peer into her eyes. The girl frowned softly and took a step back, putting one hand on her hip and raising an eyebrow in a gesture that plainly read get on with it. He obliged, of course - he was just that awesome.

"I've been watching you." Taiwan just blinked. "You seem pretty awesome - like you deserve to bask in the presence of the awesome me. So, you should catch a movie with me after tomorrow's meeting. I'll pick you up at your room at seven-"

The albino was cut off by the sound of a match striking and the sensation of something being shoved down his pants. He looked down and found that a lit firecracker had been jammed right next to his 'awesome five meters,' courtesy of the blank-faced nation who was now looking deep into his eyes.

"You stay away from mei-mei," He murmured, and grabbed her wrist to pull her down the hall. She followed him, glancing back over her shoulder at the dumbstruck European and doing her best to hide a chuckle.

Well, that was something Prussia hadn't been expecting.
