Naruto: anbu from birth
Guidelines: naruto has been a different case than the other shinobi since birth but no one knows why. a birth mark on his arm that looked strikingly like an anbu tatoo was taken note by only the sandaime and jiraya, Since he was two he was trained by them and at the age of five was inducted into anbu, due to a mission on his eighth year on November 18th on a mission to the boarders of hi no kuni his team is ambushed by Iwa nin looking for the son of the fourth forcing him to go back to konoha in mission failure with the team (excluding naruto but only barely) KIA (killed in action). The sandaime hokage then puts a memory seal on naruto and puts him in the academy
During the mission to wave after having sasuke 'killed' in front of him and drawing on kyubi's chakra the memory seal breaks but with an interesting side affect, he doesn't remember anything that happened after the seal was placed on him. He doesn't know any of his old classmates from the academy or even why he was in wave in the first place

The Namikaze have yet to be called a clan in the manga/anime hence fourth the Namikaze should not be listed as a clan and NO clan restoration act since the guideline takes naruto in being put in as namikaze
