10. They've actually shared moments. Not that crappy hormonal crap with Minerva.
9. In the Artemis Fowl "Graphic Novel", Artemis was shorter than Holly. If there was going to be a significant issue in height, Artemis would have to have grown over 3 ft in the two years they've known each other.
8. Artemis thinks Holly is pretty. Black Widow pretty.
7. Artemis is a genius. If species is an issue he could easily find away around that. Also we know it is possible for Holly to become human.
6. Artemis could only focus on Holly dying in The Lost Colony, not No1 or Qwan.
5. They each switched an eye. They literally have a part of each other.
4. Holly is one of the few people who can actually get Artemis to open up.
3. Holly gave up nearly everything for Artemis in The Opal Deception. She nearly destroyed her reputation, her record, and the trust of her comrades just for him. (She was acting on Root's orders but it would be hard to argue that she wouldn't have anyways)
