{another rewrite of the ending.}

"Elsa! You can't run from this!" Hans yelled to Elsa. She turned, struggling to find him at first because of the wind and snow.
"Just, take care of my sister," she yelled back to him. He was the only one who could take care of Anna.
Not her.
Definitely not her.
"Your sister?" He asked, although she could tell it was not a question.
"She returned from the mountain weak and cold!"
What?"She said that you froze her heart."
No. That can't be possible.
Her skin was ice, her hair turned white."
Hans is lying, she thought. That's not possible.
"Your sister is dead, because of you."
Elsa couldn't feel her legs. Dead? Her only sister, the one who loved her most...
was gone.
"N-no.." she whispered.
She turned and collapsed onto the frozen fjord. All of the snow froze in midair.
His words echoed in her head.
If only she knew the truth.

X.x.X

Kristoff ran on the frozen fjord, frantically looking for Anna. She has to be here, he thought. He could barely see five feet ahead of him because of the blizzard that Elsa had caused. Suddenly, all of the snow just froze in midair.
And Anna was in sight.
She was so close.
Yet so far away.
"ANNA!" Kristoff screamed as he started towards her. He ran as fast as her could. Anna took some staggery steps, but she didn't have much strength left. Kristoff continued to sprint, slipping once or twice, but not once did he take his eyes off of Anna.
Suddenly, she turned her head.
Kristoff wanted to follow her gaze, but he didn't want any distractions.
She turned back and looked at him, her eyes apologizing, as she ran to her left. Kristoff just about reached her, but he finally turned.
"NO!" Anna screamed and jumped between Elsa and Hans, who was swinging his sword at Elsa.
And then she turned to ice.

The sword shattered. That had an impact so big, it knocked Hans to the ground.
Kristoff's heart dropped.
He was so close.
Kristoff ran to her. He hoped and prayed that since it was recent-he still had a chance.
There had to be.
Kristoff was freaking out, not knowing what to do.
"Um, I...love the way you're super brave." He said to the frozen sculpture. Nothing.
"I love that you hit a wolf straight in the face when I first met you." Still, nothing.
"I...I love that when I first met you I really didn't like you but then I saw how awkward and funny you are..." His eyes burned.
"I love your smile and your laugh," his voice cracked.
"I love you." He said, tears spilling. He held on to the ice who was Anna. He grabbed on and hugged it gently.
"And now you're gone..." he whispered in her frozen ear. Tears continued to roll down his cheeks.
He couldn't believe it, he hadn't cried in years.
He couldn't believe she was gone.
He refused.
Then, something happened.
He felt someone hugging back.
He looked and saw Anna, no longer frozen, hugging him.
"Anna, oh my god!" He smiled through his tears, and Anna smiled, her lip quivering.
"I love you too, Kristoff." she said, her eyes glassy. Kristoff grinned and pulled her in, squeezing her tightly. Anna sobbed into his chest.
"I-I love you so much, thank you for saving me..." she said into his chest. Kristoff squeezed harder.
"No, thank you for saving me."
