I'm writing a fanfic about the 150th Hunger Games. Basically, Peeta and Katniss and the other rebels were taken down by the Capitol and killed, so the Hunger Games continued on as normal. Now it's a Quarter Quell, and the twist is that each District will submit either two girl tributes, or two boy tributes.

District 11- Girls
District 12- Boys
You can submit more than one tribute if you like.
No Mary-Sues. This is not a first-come-first-serve basis, I will be choosing the characters that are the most creative and best developed.
If they're from a Career district, they volunteered. Otherwise they wouldn't be in the games.
