Serena longed for so many years to find someone to love her for just who she is. She wonders to herself will she find love like the rest of her friends. Yes, she knows that she is a crybaby sometimes, a klust, she is always eatting, and can be kinda childlish about things at times. But she has a good heart and is a good person. Once she befriends you have made a true friend that will always be there by your side. No matter what is going on in your life or even hers. She will be there to help with what she can. You can just any of her friends about her. And they can tell you the same thing. As she was lost in her thoughts. She didn't hear Luna come into her room. Tell Luna rubed up next to her leg. Waiting for her to pick her up and put her on her lap. Luna noticed that something was bothering Serena. But what could it be.
" Is everything alright, Serena?" she aked. She could see the worry on Serena's face as she asked her.
Serena was looking out her window watching a full moon rising into full view. Wondering if there was someone else feeling and wondering the same things.
"Serena?"
"Oh Luna, I am sorry. What did you ask?" Serena answered.
" Is everything alright?" She asked again.
" Yes and no. Just alot on my mind is all. Nothing to really worry about." She replyed.
Before Luna could ask anything else. Serena's cell phone started to ring. She looked at the caller id and seen it was Lita calling. She tapped the answer button.
"Hey Serena. Are you busy at the moment?" Lita asked her.
" Not really. What's up?" Serena answered.
" Would you like too meet me and the girl's for a soda?" Lita asked hoping she say yes.
" Sure. Where and what time?" Serena asked her.
" Crown Arcade. We are heading that way. Would you like me to pick up?" Lita asked.
" No. I'll just walk. I'm not that far from there. I think some fresh air would help at the moment." She answer.
"Ok. See you soon." Lita said before they hung up.
Serena grabbed her light jacket just in case she may need it. As she walked to the Crown Arcade she's lost in her thought's again. And didn't see the speeding car coming right at her. Next thing she felt a set of strong arms around her stomic, which is what brought her out of her thought's. She felt the arms pull her backwards to the side walk.
"Miss, Are you alright?" She heard his voice. She thought it almost sound like an angel to her.
"Yes. Thank you." She answered him.
"Need to be alittle more careful walking." He stated to her.
" That I do. It could have been alot worse if not for again I want to thank you. My names is Serena." She answered him.
" Not a problem. I am Darien."
"Well Darien. I should probly get going I have group of friends I am meeting at Crown Arcade."
"Well what do you know I am heading to the same place. To meet up with my best friend who works there and some of his friends. Would you like to walk together?" He asked her.
"Sure. That would be nice. At least I know I will not be almost ran over by another car." She said with alittle giggle.
"Yeah." He said with alittle laugh.
There was alittle bit of silents between the two. Darien was getting alittle uncomftorble with it. Just not sure how to break it. Before he could think of anything he heard Serena ask something.
"I am sorry. Was kinda lost in my own thoughts. What was it you asked?"
"Whick one is your best friend that works at Crown Arcade?" She asked again.
"Oh. Andrew." He replyed.
"I see. If you don't mind me asking. How long have you know each other?" She asked.
"We have been friends since we were both little. After I lost my parent's. His family had taken me in when I had no where else to go." He answered with a kinda sad face.
"I am sorry about your lost. I kinda know how you feel. I lost my mom and baby brother when I was little. It's been just me and my dad all these years."
"Please don't feel sorry for me. It has made me a stronger person today. I kinda wish we would have met a lot sooner."
"That would have been nice. But we have met kow. Before my mom passed, I always remember one saying she use to say all the time. Everything happens the way it does for a reason. It maybe a lession to be learned or for happiness to be found." She replyed to him. As they where wlaking into The doors of the Crown Acrcade.
They both seen their friend's sitting together. Walking over to where everyone else was sitting.
"I see you two have already have met each other." Kunzite said to the couple as they where taking two empty chair's.
Serena and Darien looked at each other and then back to the group of friend's with a weired look on their face's. Not real sure what to say.
"What are you girl's planning?" Serena asked he friend's. As Darien look at his.
"It's nothing bad. But since your last relationship ended over two years ago. We thought you needed to get out and meet new and more people. It's why we asked you to join us, Seren. Please don't be mad with us. We did this cause we love and are worried about you." Answered Ami.
"I was just about to say almost just the same thing with us, Dar." Zoisite said to Darien.
They heard behind them, "I really hope the both are not upset with us." As Andrew was bring a tray of drinks for everyone including Serena and Darien.
"Not mad, upset or anything to..." Darien said.
"Those lines. More supriced then anything..." Serena said.
"To be honest." Darien finshed for her.
The group looked at each other then back to the couple with smiles and giggle. Not sure if the couple nothiced they had just finshed each other's sentences without thinking about it.
"Thank you guys for looking out for my happiness. But the reason why I have not dated since me and Seiya ended our relationship. I have been working on myself. And I don't feel it would be right for some other man to pick up the broken pieaces of my heart. After Seiya left me for his childhood best friend." Serena stated to the group.
"That maybe true, Serena. But what if there was or is a man that can bring thous pieces together too?" Asked Mina.
"Maybe..." As she was playing with her strew in her drink. "But really Mina. What man in his right mind would date or even want to be with a broken women?" She asked looking at her drink.
"You never know." Aswered Ryi.
As Darien was listening to the girls. He couldn't figure out why wanted to pull her back into his arms. And show this beautiful women sitting next to him that there still is love in this world. Even though he had just met her. All he wanted to do is protect and love her like she should be. To where she would never again have to feel her heart braking again. Hearing lightly in the back ground a song come on. Serena heard the first few notes and thought how much she loved this song.

As she was listening to the lyrics. Lightly humming them to herself when she heard Darien ask her "Would you like to dance?" Holding out his hand.
"Yes." She answered taking his hand.
Leading out to the open floor. He placed her her free hand on his shoulder. Placing his other free hand on her lower back. And they slowly started to spin around the room. Lost in each others eyes. Niether one of them wanting to look away. He could smell the most sweets smell he had smelt. Alitle of vanville, coco, and strewberrys. She noticed that he smelt of roses, coffee, and of chocolate. Still spining forgeting that there was other people around watching.
"Can I as you something?" He asked.
"Sure?" She answered puzzled.
"Do you believe in Love at first sight?" He asked her.
"I use to." She answered.
"I see." He answered. Pulling her just alittle closer. Not wanting to let her go. Holding her felt so right. Wishing this moment never ends.
"Why do you ask?" She asked. Pulling him out of his thoughts.
"Was just wondering. Is all." He answered her.
"Oh." She said puzzled.
The group was watching the couple dance aoruund the Arcade. Hoping there plan to interdue them to each other really does work. Cause they look so happy dancing around together. And how happy they looked together. Thinking to themselfs why had we not thought of this before now. But as always everything happen the way it does for a reason. Now its's all upto them and fate to see where things go.
As Serena and Darien where still dancing around. She had been thinking about what Ami had said ealier. She is right it is time. But I am so scared to open upto anyone. After the how he left. Darien looked down to see that she was in deep thought about something. Thinking to himself; How can anyone ever hurt such a beautiful women. I just don't know who would have let such a women slip out of his hands. Was a moron to let it happen.
Softly hummimg the words to herself' "Darien?"
"Yes, beautiful?" He answered.
"How did you know I love this song?" She asked as she blushed to hear him call her beautiful.
"I didn't know. But I love the movie this song is from." He answered her. Noticeing her blush.
"Really?"
"Yes. The story line reminds me of myself. Exept the hole princess thing." He replyed to her.
"Oh." She said.
"Do you mind me asking, What happen between you and Seiya?" He asked.
"Him and I had been together sone our senior year in high school. On our graduation day he asked me to marry him. And I said yes. We were going to get married on May 30th. A month before my birthday. We had everything planned. We were over at Lita's backey looking and trying to figure out how we wanted our wedding cake would look like. We where two weeks away from the wedding. When he looked at me and said he couldn't do this anymore. I asked him what he ment by that. He looked at me and said he couldn't marry me. Cause he fell in love with his childhood bestfriend Raven. And that he couldn't marry someone he didn't truly love. He said he was truly sorry. He had been trying to figure out how to tell me without hurting me anymore then he already had. After he said all that he left me standing there. Lita and the girl's wanted to hurt him like he hurt me that day. But I told them to let him be. I spent many night's crying myself to sleep. trying to figure out what I did for him to fall out of love with me." She said as a tear ran down her chick
Darien wiped away the tear with his thumb. " I am so sorry. If it helps, he was a moron for ever walking away from a beautiful angel women like you. Then he doesn't deserve to be with you."
" Thank you, darien." She replyed.
"YOur welcome. Antime beautiful I hope it doesn't bother you me calling you beautiful?" He answered her.
"Not at all. It let's me know that I am still attracktive." She replyed to him.
"Never let anyone else tell you different." He told her placing an index fingure under her chin to look at her beautiful baby blue eyes.
Losing themselve in each others eyes again. Wanting to kiss each other. But knowing it wouldn't be right. Since they had just met.
Still holding her chin," I am truly sorry for all the pain you have had gone through. But always remeber.. He leand down next to Serena's ear,"You are beautiful. He whispered to her the kissed her on the chick.
" Thank you." She whisperd while she blushed.

They heard the song come to an end. Darien placed her hand he still holding on the croce of his arm with his on top of her's. THe girl's noticed a glow with Serena. They had not seen in two years. The guys noticed Darien glowing for the first time whe they came back to sit down. The group looked at each other then back at the couple as they sat down to finsh their drinks.
Serena pulled her phone out to see what time it was. Noticing that it was 9:30 pm. She should bebe heading home. Nowing she had class in the morning.
"I am sorry girl's. I should be heading home. Since I have class in the morning." She said.
"If you must. We understand." Answered Mina.
"Would you like some company?" Darien asked Serena.
"If you want too." She answered.
"I would love to." He answered.
"Thank you for inviting me tonight. I had alot of fun and it was good seeing everyone." She said as Darien was gently pulling out her chair for her.
Everyone saying their goodbye's. Darien offering Serena he elbo again, "Are we ready?"
"Yes." she answered taking it walking out the door.
"I don't think that could have gone any better then it had." Lita said as the couple left.
"I would have to agree." Answered Ryi.
"Did you see how both where glowing?" Asked Zoisite asked the group.
"I could not believe it. As long as I have know Darien. That is the first time I have ever seen him glow." said Andrew seeing if anyone need a refill on their drink's.
"It's the first time since Seiya left Serena has glowed." said Lita.
"Who was glowing?" Asked Andrew's girlfriend Gabriella walking up giving him a kiss.
"Serena and Darien." Answered Andrew.
"Oh." She replyed.
About a half hour later. The rest head home themself's.
