On the first page of our story
The future seemed so bright

Pepper loved this song, and so did her best friend, Danellian. She sang along with her. They were in Danellia's part of the armory she made from technoglogy.

Tony popped into Pepper's head. All the memories of them flooded into her memory. She liked him. Course, their friends, but she always imanged them something more.

Now there's gravel in our voices
Glass is shattered from the fight

With violent words and empty threats
And it's sick that all these battles
Are what keeps me satisfied

It's true, Pepper loved to fight crime with him. It was her favorite thing to do now days. A battle was how she found out Tony was Iron Man too.

This song reminded Pepper so much of her and Tony. She never could tell if he was lieing to her. She would never really care if he did. If he did, it was probaly to protect her.

So maybe I'm a masochist

Pepper didn't know Rhodey and Danellian were playing to get her and Tony together. She also didn't know Rhoday and Tony were behind the door. Danellian was to get Pepper to tell her who she liked at the end of this song. Fair, since they were friends since Danellia was fourteen and Pepper was twelve.

The song ended and Rhodey and Tony were still behind the door.

"So, Pepper, who do you like?" Danellian asked.

"Um, Tony. What about you?" Pepper answered unafriad.

"Haha. Remeber Jake?"

"Yeah."

"Him...Oh and surpise!" Pepper was caught off guard. Rhodey unlocked the door and came in with Tony. Pepper blushed in embrassment. Tony was doing the same. "We'll live you guys alone..."

"Pepper, was everything you said true?" Tony said. Taking Pepper's hands.

"Umm...Maybe. But whats it to you1 You like me in the same way..." Pepper said, sadly.

"Who told you that? Cause thats a lie..." Tony said with a smile. Tony pressed his lips to hers. Pepper gladly kissed him back. One of Tony's arms went around her waist, while the other was tangled in her hair. Each pulling her closer.

Pepper's arms were around Tony's neck. Tony's tognue rolled across her buttom lip. Pepper opened her lips and Tony explored.

"Tony, I love you..." Pepper said after they pulled away.

"I love you too, Pepper..." Tony replied. With that he kissed her again...
