Hello, Niners! This is my first story I'm doing, so don't judge. Even though I'm collaborating on this with my cousin.
Whatever. To the story!
-Raven's POV-
The beginning of the end started when I blew up an important camp landmark. Everyone says it was my fault, but some good came from it.
What good? Stay and listen, my fellow recruits, and I'll tell you...
The day started with me falling flat on my face.
It wasn't my fault-a blast of music echoed through Camp, loud enough to give me a headache, even though the music came from a different cabin, one I knew immediately. I mean, Apollo's kids can play tricks now and then, but did they have to run our day this early?
Some of my other Hades cabinmates were getting out of bed-I could see Alyssa covering her ears, and Justin covering his head with a pillow. Anyone awake enough to piece together what was happening was staring at me, waiting for me to do something.
"Zeus forbid any of you should get up and do something about it," I muttered angrily as I pushed myself to my feet and walked to the cabin door. I quickly put on my shoes and slammed open the front door, storming to the Apollo cabin angrily. A few other campers-Jazmine from Athena, Zeus's daughter Violet, an Aphrodite kid named Kevin-were already heading toward the golden cabin.
The music stopped, the sudden silence as quick as the deafening noise. My ears rang as Violet pounded on the door. "Anyone sane and not deaf still in there?"
The door opened, revealing a small group of people. A few Apollo campers, including Silver, one of closer friends, were grouped around a group of smaller kids. The three younger campers I recognized-they were known pranksters from Hermes cabin.
"What's going on?" Jazmine asked quietly.
Silver grumbled, "These three, here, turned on the music."
"We're decent campers, people!" One of the other campers, a boy, said. "We wouldn't have turned the music on this early unless our lives depended on it!"
"I didn't think you would." In the commotion, someone else had pushed to the front of the crowd, her cinnamon-brown hair curly and unkempt. Her green eyes blazed furiously-Alex, the leader from Hermes cabin. "However, these kids would."
"Hey, it wasn't my idea!" The lighter-haired prankster said, pointing to his darker-skinned friend. "It was Hunter's!"
"Wha-No, it wasn't, Elias! You and Max just wanted to get me in trouble, too, so you made me come with you!"
"BOYS!" I yelled. All three boys looked at me, scared...
Of course, an angry child of Hades is no joke. Especially when this child of Hades was brutally woken up.
Okay, so that's part of the first chapter. I don't have time to post the rest now, so I will-hopefully-post it tomorrow!
Stay tuned, my Niners!
