Chapter 1
~Ally's P.O.V~
I sat up from my bed and walked over to my closet. On the way by I placed a record in my record player, and 'BUST A MOVE' by Young MC started playing.
I was looking through my closet but then noticed I couldn't see what I was looking at clearly, so I reached over to my desk and grabbed my glasses, sliding them on over my ears and going back to what I was doing. I picked out and moments later put on on a pair of mom jeans and a Freeses shirt.
I headed down stairs, but of course my parents weren't home. I sighed and slid on my Vans, grabbing my Walkman and then heading out the door. I grabbed my hand-made motorbike—a long-term project from a couple years back—and drove down the road to school.
~Rory's P.O.V~
I was placing my various things in my locker when the one beside me clatters open. I turned to see my best and, truthfully, only friend Ally standing there. Short for Allison, of course.
"Hey Ally."
Her eyes shifted in my direction, and she took her headphones out.
"Sup?" She smiled at me, then it kinda went down. "Oh fuck." She slammed her hands against her locker with a loud metallic noise.
"What happened this time?" I asked. She looked at me again—or, right behind my shoulder.
"Oh, if it isn't the Carpet Muncher herself." Kadence Woods showed up, parading down the hallway in long strides. Of course she did.
"Oh, fuck off. That coming from you is like a cat saying he doesn't catch the mouse." Ally said back to her, clearly not in the mood for bullshit. I just grabbed my yoda mini figure—I'm a bit of a collector—and placed it in my pocket.
Then the bell rings through the hallway and Kadence trots off with her...'friends'.

Chapter two
Ally POV
Me and Rory we're sitting out at the bleachers I didn't have food so I was smoking.
"Ya know that can mess up your lounge right" Rory says to me
"Ya and Kadence's bullshit can mess up my brain but she's not gonna stop" I state the obvious
He locks at me with a pleading look. I sigh and look at him, I then put out my smoke on the bleacher "happy?" He smiles at me
"Yes I'm very happy" he takes out he's yoda figure and says "Smoke u not do"
I laugh at is child ness "your so immature" I sigh "can we go to arcade tonight" i ask looking out at the field.
"Ya we can just as long as that wierd guy isn't working tonight" he answered I shiver at the thought of him
"Ya or then if he is you could always drive us around" he was the only one out of the two of us that had his licence so he would drive us places or we would walk.
~Rory POV~
I had picked up Ally in my old car and we were in the way the the arcade that was one of the places in this town were kids were allowed to have fun but me and Ally found that place awesome it's were me and her first met The Palace arcade man I love that place.
"Hey Ally" she hums in response "Em why is there police tape at the Woods mansion?" I was now petrified that place has its weird little kinks people thought in was too big for a family of 4 me and Ally thought it was hunted- you see before me and Ally met she was friends with Kadence and now she isn't it's a long story a story for later
"Who cares there was probably drugs in the basement" she says with an eye roll, She was picking at the little light saver figurine that hung from my rear view mirror " can we go?"
"Ya we can go" she gives me a smile
