Hello everyone, just a sweet little one-shot poem type deal, slightly shounen-ai. This is the tamest thing I've ever written!
This is a little thing to hopefully tide some people over until I can post Chapter 3 of "Walk with me in Starlight." I'm sorry it is taking me so long to post it but I have a severe case of writers' block which is preventing me from getting past a particular spot that just happens to be essential. Not to mention I'm working about 64 hours a weekwith no days off, and my computer died, so THAT'S a problem too. But I will have it up as soon as humanly possible, however it probably won't be until AFTER the holidays when things have calmed down a bit. Sorry again, and enjoy!
Stay with me
Crimson eyes clash with violet,
Discovering truth, baring the soul.
Emotions revealed only through a glance
Speak all the languages of love.
A shuddering breath escaping full red lips
Anticipates the rose petal kiss that it craves.
A whispered touch of hand to cheek
Makes a small boy tremble,
His face tinted scarlet.
Irresistibly drawn, the two meet, embrace, reluctantly part,
Each one left with a beautifully lingering memory.
A slight sigh of contentment tinged with resistance to go,
And the boy turns, satisfied, but desiring more.
A strong hand reaches out,
Gently touching a slowly retreating arm.
Violet eyes turn to glance back,
Questions residing in their innocent depths.
Arms reach out, embracing him gently,
Drawing him back towards the darkness.
"Stay with me tonight?"
Crimson eyes hold a dark promise,
Arousal lying in wait beneath their surface,
Waiting for release.
Youthful happiness brings a beautiful smile.
"As you wish my Dark Pharaoh…"
Light embraces Darkness as Day embraces Night,
Hungry for the attempt of being devoured completely.
Another kiss and the Light is enveloped in a mantle of stars.
The room grows dark.
Only the dawn will tell if the innocence of the Hikari
Has survived the caress of his Darkness.
