The Dragon Ball Gohan versus the Justice League Crossover Part One
Introduction:
After Gohan and Videl embarrassed Barry Kahn. Barry had decided to have some measure of revenge against them. To do this he needed to find a means that would cause not only harm to them, but to their Family and Friends. Hearing rumors about the Mythical Dragon Balls, Barry has used most of his personal Fortune to accomplish his goal of revenge.
West City: Financial District
Sitting in the office of his accountant; Barry Kahn grimaced. His Accountant a middle aged balding man stalked in front of Barry complaining, mostly about Money.
"Barry you can't keep spending, you are almost broke. In the last two months you have spent half of your fortune and with no return." The Accountant stated, stopping to glare down at the papers on his desk. "Twenty Million Zenee for Scientific Research, another Five Million for whatever this is and now you are about to give Ten Million to some Mercenaries. What is this about?"
Exhaling calmly, Barry waved at him with dismissal. "That is personal, do not worry Kline, the payout will cover all of the expenses." What Barry did not tell him was that there was not going to be any return or payout. Other then his goal of having his revenge. It took him several months to discover a means to have his revenge against Gohan, his bitch of a wife Videl and he even wanted it against their baby. Whatever its name was? Using his fortune he had hired a Scientific Research company to gather information on certain mythical items. Something called Dragon Balls. As soon as he was done with this asshole Accountant, he had another meeting that involved the Five Million Zenee.
"Well as long as there is a payout or return, but I warn you Barry. You are almost broke." Kline shrugged and dropped one of the invoices and shook his head, thinking that at this rate may not have enough to even pay him.
Leaving the Kline's office, Barry headed to his next meeting. This was vastly more important then his last meeting. Sitting at a local Cafe, Barry kept his sunglasses on and waited. Glancing about impatiently he frowned, "Where was he?" He thought. A Man sat across from him and Barry could see that the Man was nervous.
"Do you have my money?" The Man said nervously, wanting to get this over with and leave as soon as possible.
"Do you have the item?" Barry replied, moving a briefcase up onto the table. The Man exhaled and pulled a small device out of his pocket.
"If Bulma finds out I took this, I could be in serous trouble." The Man stammered out, passing the device to Barry. "This is the locator, it detects and tells you exactly where the items are."
"Good, here take this and leave." Barry ordered, glazing down at the device. He smiled broadly as he turned it on and seven distinct areas began to blink on the small screen. "Excellent." He said as the Man left carrying the Briefcase with Five Million Zenee in it. Barry put the device into his pocket and began to chuckle, now all he had to do was send out the Mercenaries to locate and bring him the Dragon Balls. Then he would have his revenge.
The Watch Tower: In Orbit of Earth
Mister Terrific rechecked the sensors for the seven time and shook his head. Using the JLA Transmitter he connected with Several Members. "We are detecting two distinct Energy patterns. One just outside Gotham the other outside Washington D.C."
"What type of Energy?" Batman asked over the speaker.
"Dimensional. Doctor Fate thinks it might be Mystical." Mister Terrific replied. "It seems to be growing in strength."
"Could it be an invasion of some type?" Superman asked, and Mister Terrific could hear the wind blowing by the transmitter in Superman's ear.
"Unknown, Wonder Woman is in D.C. and Batman can you check on Gotham." Mister Terrific said as he waited for any type of recommendations from the founding members.
"I can be in Gotham in ten minutes. John Stewart is with me." Superman said as he increased his speed.
"Good I will send Hawkgirl and whoever else who might be nearby that I can find to D.C." Mister Terrific stated, looking over at the duty roster and noticing that they were spread pretty thin. "Maybe the Flash and Captain Atom."
"Give me the exact coordinates." Batman injected. Then seeing the numbers. "I am five minutes give or take away from there."
"If this is a major incident I will muster as many as I can in the meantime." Mister Terrific informed them as he turned towards Mister Fate, Steel and Green Arrow. "Go get anyone you can find, you are going to be the back-up force." He ordered them, after that all Mister Terrific could do was wait and for those making initial contact to call for support, if they needed it.
West City: Barry's apartment
Barry looked around his apartment and scowled. A month ago he only used the top floor apartment for rendezvous with willing fans that he would seduce. Now because of using most of his finances he was forced to actually live here. Before that he had a ten bedroom Mansion, but he needed capital so he ended up selling the place for ready usable cash. Pacing back and forth he felt nervous, the Mercenaries had contacted him and they had found all Seven of the Dragon Balls. Holding a thick binder in his right hand he waited. Inside the binder was everything that the Scientists had discovered including the words to summon Shenron. All he needed now was the Dragon Balls and his plot for Revenge will be fulfilled. When the door chime ringed, Barry quickly answered it. That was the other drawback of spending most of his fortune, no Butler. Opening the door a Large Muscled Man in camouflage pants, shirt and hat stepped inside. "Do you have them?"
"Yes Sir. Here they are. My Money." The Man was not noted for small talk, so Barry grabbed a Black Canvas Bag and thrust it at the Mercenary. The Man opened it and looked inside. Then handed Barry a special designed Briefcase. "If you ever need us again, give me a call." The Man turned and left, leaving Barry with the Case. Unsnapping the clasps, Barry peered in and smiled. There they were, all seven of the Golden Orbs. Placing them on the coffee table, Barry picked up the folder and started reading the instructions.
"Ok, let's see, there is an incantation." Flipping through the pages Barry was becoming frustrated, he had read the report more than the Movie Scripts that sat on his desk. Finding the right page, he tore it out of the binder. His hands were shaking as he reread the page over and over. "It seems simple enough. All I say is. ETERNAL SHENRON BY YOUR NAME I SUMMON YOU FORTH." He was not ready for what happened, he expected a small creature that looked more like a Genie to appear. Instead a huge Green Thin Dragon crashed through his ceiling and loomed above him. Staring down at him. t seemed to pulse with power.
"ALRIGHT NOW SPEAK YOUR WISH AND I SHALL GRANT IT. TWO WISHES HAVE BEEN USED AND ONE REMAIN. SO SPEAK." The voice of the Dragon Boomed down at Barry.
"Wait, why is there not three wishes?" Barry asked angrily. He needed the other two wishes to restore his fortune to him, if there was only one then he had no hope of returning or getting his money back.
"AS I HAVE SAID THE FIRST TWO WISHES WERE USED, NOW SPEAK YOUR WISH SO THAT I MIGHT GRANT IT AND RETURN TO MY REST." Shenron said down at him.
"Fine, fine. So be it." Barry replied, thinking at least he could have his revenge. "I wish that you send Gohan Son, his Wife Videl and their child away. Somewhere that they might never return."
The Dragon growled then its eyes glowed. "YOUR WISH IS GRANTED, THEY ARE CAST TO WHERE THEY CANNOT BE FOUND OR RETURNED." Then the dragon disappeared and the Dragon Balls flew into the air and disappeared. Barry started laughing hysterically. Dropping to the floor as he looked up at the destruction of the huge hole in his apartment's ceiling.
Gohan and Videl's Home:
Holding Pan, Videl smiled in at her Husband while he tried to catch up his work. She wished that he did not have to work so hard, that and she would not mind if they tried to have another child. Though they did make love almost every night. "Gohan, I was wondering if you want to go out and watch the sunset with us?"
Pushing the papers back he turned and smiled, taking his glasses off. He wore them for appearances not because he needed them. "I think I can take a break to be with my beautiful loving Wife and child." Standing he stepped over to her and gave her a subtle kiss, then kissed Pan on the head. Little Pan giggled. Walking outside, they both saw the Eternal Dragon high in the sky above a building. "The Dragon has been summoned." Gohan gasped out as he pointed.
"I wonder who summoned him." Videl said as she turned back towards Gohan, then her eyes widened. "Gohan you are fading away!" She stammered in panic as he spun to see her. "GOHAN!" She bellowed as he disappeared before her eyes. Then she noticed that she and pan were fading away.
Gohan blinked and he suddenly was somewhere else. The last image he saw was the panic and painful expression on Videl's face as he vanished. Glancing around, he did not recognize anything of his surroundings. There was high fences all around him and he knew he was in some type of Sports Arena. Seeing a Scoreboard he shook his head. "Who are the Jaguars?" He muttered, then his eyes widened. He could not feel anyone. Not his father, Piccolo, Krillin, no one. Closing his eyes he felt the small trickle from Pan and Videl and he exhaled with relief. At least he could feel them, though they were not close by. Powering up he jumped into the air and began to fly towards where he could feel them. He was desperate to make sure that they were alright.
"STOP WHERE YOU ARE!" A voice said from below him, as Gohan peered down to see some character dressed in a strange black and gray outfit. He was wearing a mask and there was some type of symbol on his chest that looked like a Bat. The Man was holding his hand up in the air indicating for Gohan to remain where he was.
"Sorry, I need to find my Wife and Child." Gohan began to fly higher and suddenly another two men arrived. One was wearing a blue, red and yellow outfit with a big "S" on his chest. The other wore dark and lite green.
"Batman told you to stop, now who are you?' The one dressed in Blue, Red and Yellow stated.
"I am Gohan and no one is going to stop me from finding my Wife and Child." Gohan said his voice filled with menace. Moving higher the two flew in front of him and the green one shook his head.
"Superman asked you to identify yourself, do not make us restrain you." The dressed in Green said to Gohan.
Gohan smirked and gave a slight chuckle. He could not feel any type of power from either of the two. It was like detecting a normal person. Soaring to go around them, the one called Superman grabbed Gohan's wrist and scowled. Then his eyes widened when Gohan pulled his arm away. "Do not touch me, and get out of my way." Tapping into his power he pushed both of the two men away as gently as he could. They were moved back several meters.
Superman gazed at Gohan confused, as Green Lantern used his power ring to encase Gohan in a bubble. "You have him John?"
"Yes I have him. He is not going anywhere." John replied focusing his will to hold Gohan. Then saw Gohan's expression and wondered why he was smiling.
With a thought Gohan thrust out a huge amount of his ke sending a blast of pure energy outward, the bubble at first resisted but as Gohan poured more of his power outward it soon exploded. Knocking the one called John down to impact with the ground with a grunt. Superman instantly attacked, throwing a punch that Gohan easily blocked. Gohan estimated that this one called Superman was strong, well not as strong to be a threat but still strong. Blocking another blow from Superman, Gohan punched him sending him threw the Scoreboard and impacting into several trees. Exhaling Gohan continued to rise. Believing the battle over.
Batman watched the short fight and scowled, touching his comm-link. "Green Lantern and Superman are down, need back-up." Grabbing a Batarang, and throwing it with an attached line to snag Gohan. Batman hoped he could delay this Gohan until support arrived or until Superman or Green Lantern woke up. Gohan snapped the line like it was thread. Thankfully Captain Atom and Steel arrived. Unfortunately Steel was knocked away almost instantly and Atom was left to fight alone.
Washington D.C.
Videl blinked and she found herself standing before a huge statue of a man sitting on a throne. Moving upward on the steps she glanced about trying to get her bearings. With Pan in her arms she hoped that Gohan was nearby. Rising into the air she rose high and looked around, slightly panicking that she had no idea where she was.
"Alright whoever you are do not move." A female voice said from behind Videl as she stopped in midair and remained still. She did not want to endanger her baby and she hoped whoever it was would not attack her without reason. "Take it easy, we mean you no harm." Another voice said and Videl's heart was pounding. Silently pleading for Gohan to arrive and protect her and Pan. "Okay now turn around slowly." The first voice ordered and Videl grimaced.
"Please do not harm my baby." She pleaded sadly as she finished spinning to face the two women behind her. Videl noticed that one wore a mixture of Blue, Red and Gold. Carrying a rope and had bracelets on her wrists. The other had wings and carried a mace. The Two women stared at her wide eyed. The one carrying the Mace secured it to her belt.
"Of course we won't harm your baby." The One in Blue, Red and Gold said as she hooked her rope to her belt. "I am Wonder Woman, this is Hawkgirl. We mean you no harm." Moving closer and gently touching the small child in Videl's arms. Pan giggled and cooed as Wonder Woman tickled her chin.
Videl exhaled and felt her knees shake, Pan proved it, they were friendly. "I am Videl, this is Pan. I was looking for my Husband Gohan."
Hawkgirl gaped and glanced westward. "That must be the Gohan that is fighting the others." She declared as she looked back to see Videl smiling broadly.
'"That sounds like him, where is he?" Videl said in excitement needing to see Gohan and make sure that he sees them.
Wonder Woman shook her head. "He is in Gotham and so far none of our teammates are able to stop him."
"Of course not he is half Saiyan and must be completely worried about us." Moving upward Videl. "Show me where he is, I have no idea where Gotham is. To tell the truth I have no idea where I am either."
Wonder Woman flew upward and pointed towards the west. "Come on, we will take my invisible plane. We have to hurry, before someone gets hurt." Namely her teammates.
Gotham:
Clark Kent alias Superman moved his jaw with his hand. "Ouch, that hurt." He stated as he felt the pain of having someone hit him as hard as he did. Rising Superman looked up to see, Captain Atom being flung away. While John Steward alias Green Lantern attempt to subdue this Gohan again. Floating into the air. "Alright the kid gloves are off." Streaking towards the fight, he aimed at Gohan and before he could make contact Gohan vanished. Stopping his flight before colliding with John, he glanced around. Then spotted Gohan to the right, fifty yards away. "So he is fast too." Moving to attack him again.
"I AM NOT LETTING ANY OF YOU STOP ME FROM FINDING VIDEL AND PAN!" Gohan declared and he began to yell. "AAAAAAAAAAAAA!" With an explosion of power seconds later Gohan's hair turned yellow gold and his eyes changed to blue. Energy pulsed and sizzled around him as he moved his hands to his right side, gathering energy to him. "kamehameha!" He said as he focused the blast straight at Superman.
Superman saw the blast coming and at first tried to dodge it. But it followed him so he raised his hands and when it hit, it pushed him straight upward. Screaming in pain, Superman felt the energy strike him hard. It enveloped him and soon he was thrust upwards high into the sky. Where it exploded, sending Superman back down to impact with the ground with a huge thud. "Ouch." He said as he staggered to stand up. "That really hurt." Glancing upward he saw Gohan, surrounded by an energy field that seemed to be growing with intensity. "Watchtower I think we are in trouble. This Gohan is far more powerful then anyone we have ever faced."
"Just hold out, Wonder Woman is on her way. Maybe tell him that we found Videl and Pan they are with Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl." Mister Terrific advised as he tried to find anyone else to send against this Gohan. But according to the readings the Watchtower was showing him, he doubted he could find anyone that could match Gohan's power.
