we don't need fields of lunar flowers. We're happy on our own. And if we're not, we'll find happiness.

Weren't those the best times of our lives? That happiness that we searched for with our friends. Hey, Toboe, weren't those the best times?

Now I'm laying here dying. And all I see is your smiling face. All I see are the memories I have of you. The best times.

I don't think I need anything else. I don't think I need paradise, I don't think I need life. But if I have you, this is our happiness. This is our paradise.

As I watch Kiba run away from my broken body, I wonder why you're not beside me. I wonder where my happiness went, why I can't see paradise anymore.

I don't need an identity. I don't need my past. All I need are my memories. Those good times. You running beside me. Your laugh, your smile. Those words. Didn't you say I could trust you? Didn't you promise to be with me?

Where did those times go? What happened to those words, to that happiness?

This little paradise that is worthless. Without you it takes no form. Without you I see no point. All that comes through the static is the sound of you laughter. All that burns through the blur of colors is your face.

What happened to our happiness? Why did we let it go? Hey, can we go somewhere when we're done here?

As I'm laying here dying, tell me why I see you? Why did you say you liked me? Why did you want to trust me? Your laugh and your smile, they haunt and they comfort me.

When we're done here, where are we going? Are we going to run together again? Are we going to love each other?

Where's paradise, Toboe? When are we gonna find it? Will we have another chance? Are you there already? Have you forgotten me?

I don't need paradise. As I'm laying here dying, as I'm still lying to myself ,as I'm slowly confusing every memory, I realize. Paradise is where you are. Where you are...where are you? My mind is so foggy, why aren't you beside me?
