SPOILER WARNING!! This is gonna be Zack's ending moments. I might make another made up fic with Cloud and Zack, but that is a story for another day. sniff why did they have to kill him!? cries
I just got back from my friends house. She got me hooked on Final Fantasy in less then an hour. Cloud is soooo cute!! Anyways, I don't think I'll get this uploaded, but if I do then it's all thanks to my friend, nicknamed 'tashy-chan!! She showed me all these scenes from the game cut scenes and I got hooked just by catching a glimpse of Zack.

Cold. He was freezing; loss of blood will do that. ZACK!! The thought struck him and he instantly flipped his heavy body over.
"…Z…Zack…" He called weakly. He crawls towards the still figure of his friend. "Za-ACK!" He coughs, watching his friend as he coughs up blood.
"…C-Cloud…?" Zack calls weakly unable to see through the thick coat of blood covering his eyes, his blood.
Cloud nods, only then realizing Zack can't hear him. "Y-yeah…" He fights back tears; it is too late to save his friend.
"M-my sword…t-take…it…" Zack calls weakly, struggling to lift the heavy broadsword.
"W-what?!" Cloud is shocked.
"…m-my…sword…you…shall be my…legacy…live…for me…" His voice fades as he utters the last three words.
Cloud is shocked. "I- I can't!! That sword, it's your pride and joy!! I can't accept it!!" Cloud backs off.
"…no…you must…live for me…" Zack coughs, there is not much time. Slowly, ever so slowly, he brings the sword up, offering it to Cloud.
Cloud accepts the gift, unable to deny his friends last wish and gift.
And, with the passing of the sword, Zack Fair passes on his life, his pride, and his legacy. His hand drops to his side as soon as the sword is passed. A peaceful expression left on his face, free of all pain and his heavy duties. It seemed like the sword was a burden he had to bear, not any more. And with that Zack Fair died.
