"Are you asleep?"
Hermione replied in mumbles and turned away from Draco.
"Good, you're up!"
More mumbles.
"I've been thinking, and I think that we should tell your friends about us."
Hermione, who was fully awake now, replied, "And what of your friends?"
"We would tell them as well, of course. In fact, why don't we just throw a party?"
"That seems like overkill." Hermione snorted, imagining Ron attending a party at Malfoy Manor.
"Really? You would consider a party to celebrate something as important as our engagement 'overkill'?"
"Our engagement? I don't recall being asked to marry anyone."
Draco laughed, "Hermione Granger, will you marry me?"
"Ask me in the morning, I'm trying to sleep."
