I bit my lip, passing the fountain at the center of the campus. It belonged to Team Mystic, even though I'd taken it over this morning. In particular, though, it belonged to "lateforgrammarclass" and her Vaporeon. I crouched down next to the edge of the fountain, scanning my surroundings for any signs of lateforgrammarclass. I wasn't quite sure how I'd see her, but I was sure that I would. It took me a few times, but I took down the gym with my awesome Snorlax. Almost immediately, a girl shot out from under a nearby canopy, shouting at me.

"Does this mean that you are that idiot, AwesomePrussian69?" She shouted angrily, pointing at me. I put my Team Valor cap back on my head, glaring at her, "lateforgrammarclass? Is that you?"

"Well, I am now!" She screamed at me, "I've been waiting, because you always come around this time. You always take my gym!"

"What?" I replied, screaming back, "I steal your gym? I had the gym first!"

She scoffed at me, "Valors, only think about themselves. I had the gym first."

I snorted, "I think I'd remember that. You're just jealous because Team Valor is way more awesome than Team Mystic!"

"If your definition of awesome fits my definition of idiotic, then you might be right."

I laughed at her, "No, my definition of awesome means awesome"

"Everyone on Team Valor is an idiot who only thinks about strength over strategy," she said, glaring at me, "that's how I always manage to take the gym from you."

"Then how do I always take it back for Valor?" I said, smirking at her.

"You just use overpowered Pokémon! You don't deserve your Snorlax!"

"Says the girl who uses a Vaporeon!"

"Hey, 'that girl' has a name, you know!"

I stopped arguing to think for a moment. A cute- albeit annoying- girl was pretty much begging for me to ask her name. "And what would that name be?"

"Elizabeta," she replied, glancing at her phone for a moment.

"Pretty name for a pretty girl," I said, smiling at her.

"Funny, coming from a guy who just about a minute ago was insulting me." She said, a smirk of her own on her face.

"Well, I'm Gilbert!" I said, holding my hand out for a handshake.

She took it, giving me a small smile, "Nice to meet you."

I could tell that this would be the start of something great.
