He watched her, as a predator watched their prey...
Watching as she crossed by him, not seeing him...Continuing on her path...
He sighed again, his hand reaching abesent mindly to his throat as his thirst surfaced once again.
The need for her blood, so burried deep inside him, clawed at him...ate at him...And though, he had never tasted her blood before, he knew only her blood would sate his mad thirst.
...His fragile Yuuki...
He felt his eyes change to crimson-red, as he fought with himself.
She's Human now...He told himself...Fragile...Not a Vampire...
She doesn't remember that she is his...
...And he is her's...
He remembered when she was a Vampire, back then they never shared Blood.
She was too young and their insticts for each other's Blood hadn't been there, yet...
But now he was a man and his hunger was there. If she were a Vampire now, she would know they are engaged.
That they were to be married... They would have shared blood. He would have been allowed to sink his fangs into her moon-lit colored throat and have drunk her sweet-smelling Blood.
Yes, he had smelled her Blood, but had never been allowed to drink from her...to taste her...
Kaname breathed deeply, once again, suppressing the Beast inside himself, his eyes going to a lighter-red.
He smiled softly to himself as he watched his Dear Girl...his Yuuki...skip quietly down her path in the direction of the HeadMaster's, and her adopted Father's, Quarter's.
Slipping into the shadows, Kaname watched as she turned for a moment in his direction...As if she could sense a Predator near by...
