The eighth day is a day to play.

Momoi couldn't stop the giggles that were escaping from her mouth as she followed after Kuroko, much to the boy's confusion.
"Ah, I'm so glad you're here with me, Tetsu-kun!" exclaimed the large breasted, pink-haired girl with a smile.
"…Glad to here that, I guess," replied the basketball star as he continued to look ahead.
Momoi clung to Kuroko's arm in happiness. The boy looked over to her, but didn't shake her off.
"So what would you like to do, Tetsu-kun?"
Kuroko merely shrugged his free arm. "Don't know. What did you have in mind?"
Pink eyes sparkled as she dragged Kuroko towards an ice cream vendor. "Let's get some ice cream first!"
"I suppose."
The two teens ordered some ice cream. They each got a vanilla cone, although Momoi got a cherry on top of hers. The two went over to a nearby bench to eat their treat. As they ate, Momoi plucked the cherry off of her ice cream.
"Tetsu-kun! Want to see a trick I can do?"
"Trick?"
The manager popped the small red fruit, stem and all, into her mouth. When she was done she stuck out her tongue to show the cherry stem tied in a knot. Kuroko raised a brow at this.
"See! I can tie a cherry stem with my tongue!"
"Not bad, Momoi."
A sly look appeared on Momoi's face. "You know, Tetsu-kun…they say that if you can tie a cherry stem with just your tongue that you're a really good kisser."
Kuroko raised his brow again. "What are you getting at, Momoi?"
She couldn't help but giggle as she leaned forward and placed her lips atop of Kuroko's. Not expecting something like this from Momoi, Kuroko's eyes widened in shock. Although Kuroko would have known better if he had paid more attention to how Momoi acted around him. Separating from the boy she loved, Momoi giggled again when she noticed his wide-eyed, red-faced look.
"We should do this more often, Tetsu-kun!"
She snuggled up to him and laid her head on his shoulder. Her happiness soared when she felt him wrap him arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer.
She just knew in her heart that this was his way of saying he agreed with her.

Kuroko's Basketball is one of those series I've wanted to read for a long time, but never got around to doing so yet. Maybe one day I'll find the time to read it. That being said, I hopefully got Momoi and Kuroko's personalities right.
