Note: This is just a random poem I made up, from Tonks' POV when Remus leaves to join the final battle. It has no proper structure, I am not known for my poetry! Ah well, here goes...
If You Walk Away From Me
If you walk away from me,
To keep safe our new family,
I shall not cry,
I shall not break,
I shall stand tall,
For all our sake.
But leave me here a little while,
With my masquerading smile,
I won't sit and wait to see you fall,
To know you're lost, beyond recall,
I'll follow you, into the fire,
For our love, it spirals higher,
So we must fight to see the end,
If we die for this world to mend,
Our love will carry on and on,
Never to be truly gone.
