Krieger des Lichts
By SMYGO4EVA
Good and evil don't really exist; they are perceptions that humankind conjures to make sense of individuals because of their choices. The choices may simply be their salvation or their downfall, but we don't know which one really analyzes the poor soul. We just don't know. It's impossible to decipher through just one perception.
Two souls of Good can decipher the paradox of light and darkness in time. They know that darkness can be 'good' while light can be 'evil' because of the illusions the individuals play. The victim might as well be the perpetrator while in the tragic bloodbath while the contributor to the massacre may forever be the victim. With guilt and suffering playing vital roles in the stage of any façade, it's either a challenge or child's play to figure out who is the villain and who is the hero or heroine. We need to see the illusion; sadly, no one has done this.
What if the two souls have actually been through enough anguish and terror to see where good and evil is placed in the light of reality? What if these two have been through enough sorrow and anger to see who the victim is and who is the perpetrator? They certainly have suffered here, dear friends, but they aren't exactly warriors of light, either. Truth be told, we don't know if there is a difference between good and evil. After all, memories may be the most dangerous thing of all, especially when they're brought to light.
A/N: Inspired by the song "Krieger des Lichts" by Joachim Witt.
