Takes place after Terror of Crimson
Lien-Da storms into her room, hitting the desk in anger. "DAMN IT! THOSE BASTARDS TOOK AWAY MY BELOVED CRIMSON!" Lien-Da yelled angrily. She saw her daughter Rutna leave the room. Lien sighs and puts her hands into her face.
"Lien, I'm so sorry" Julie-Su came in and sat next to her half-sister.
"Sorry for what?! You didn't prevent Crimson from death!" Lien snapped.
"Chill!" Julie-Su backs off.
"For what?! Sonic and his team killed Crimson! I have no one to love!" Lien yelled.
Julie sighs and places her hands on Lien-Da's shoulders.
"You still got some to love, your family is all you have to love. Your daughter Rutna and your own half-sister, me" Julie said.
"Don't forget my latest hatchling in his egg over there" Lien-Da points at a un-hatched echidna egg.
"Yes. I know how much you love Crimson in your heart" Julie said.
"And now he's gone " Lien-Da said.
"I know that. But I guess I better leave you alone for a moment. Take care" Julie-Su gave a family kiss on Lien-Da's cheek. Lien-Da just smiles a bit that Julie-Su still cares for her as a loving sibling.
"Thanks for the comforting words" Lien-Da said.
"Anytime" Julie said before leaving Lien-Da on her own in her room. Lien-Da walks over to her egg and rubs it before picking it up and cradles it like a baby.
"Soon you'll avenge your father one day, my child" Lien-Da whispered, looking out the window where the moon shines in the sky. A cloud appeared as a heart and another looked like Crimson himself.
