Angelica didn't imagine becoming a mother after she became a pirate and especially mothering the child of Jack Sparrow; that man who drives her insane just even thinking about him. During, her pregnancy she vow she would get her revenge on him for the many things he has done to her. One, he stole her innocents and virginity after they met in the Spainish convent. Two, he killed her father Edward Teach. Three, he left her on a god forsaking island when she was carrying HIS child.
It took her a couple of days to get a ship to noticed her, but she got out of that island. Even though one of the first things she wanted to do is plan Jack Sparrow's demise, but other things seem more important at the moment. Angelica is with child and she doesn't have anything, but a voodoo of Jack and the clothes on her back. Angelica had to get herself prepare of the hardship of these upcoming months and now she's thinking about the fact, if she even wants to keep this child after it's born. Maybe, it would be some type of revenge against Jack Sparrow to find out his child is abandon at birth. After thinking this dark thought Angelica knew she couldn't bring herself to do it, even if she tries her hardest.
Angelica for the upcoming of months manage to get shelter from a church and even a decent job as a lady maid to one of rich aristocratic on the island she's currently located at. She hated that she's doing this, it's unlike her very nature, but she's doing this until her child is born and won't allow herself to be in any danger while she's pregnant. Also, she's not completely ignoring her pirate nature, the day before she was going to leave her job; she manage to steal all of the jewelry of the aristocrat's wife and daughters under their noses.
She left the island with decent amount of money and sold the jewelry for even more money. She took shelter in another church in a different island this time to give birth to her child. The nuns were questioning her on who's the father of the child, but Angelica just plain said " He left me".
Now it's the first day of her new life, it's a week after she given birth to her son. She still got a long way to go to get what she wants; if it's either getting revenge on Jack Sparrow or giving her son everything he wants. While she's currently sailing towards Caribbean she's watching her week old son sucking on voodoo Jack doll. Angelica chuckles at the thought of Jack Sparrow cover in drooling of his son.
