AN: Yeah, yeah, I don't know why, but after I watched the "Date with Destiny" episode, I got an idea! So, yeah, this is just Robin and Starfire's dance, you know, at the end of the episode? So, yeah, I thought of what they would say, and this is what would happen, or what I thought.

Dance with Destiny

Robin held Starfire's right hand in his left and wrapped his right hand around her waist, pulling her close. Starfire put her left arm around his neck, and they began to move slowly to the beat of the music. Step by slow step, them moved in rhythm, just staring at each other.

Starfire gazed into his mask, just picturing deep green eyes staring back at her. She felt herself blush, and she looked away, trying to hide her face as best as she could. Robin noticed her behavior and looked concerned.

"Star, what is it?"

Starfire looked at him, a little nervous to ask him. "Robin, you must tell me the truth. Did you enjoy your date with Kitten?"

Robin seemed offended, but he let it slide. "No, Star. I didn't. She's a snob, a daddy's girl. She seriously needs to relax and realize that she can't get whatever she wants when she wants it." He smiled, trying to crack a smile out of her as well.

She smirked, "I see..."

Robin's smile vanished, "Star, you know that I didn't want to, right?"

She nodded slowly.

Robin grinned, "and, if I'm not mistaken, you seemed a bit jealous when she wanted to go on a date with me."

Now her face was bright red. She hid it by placing her head on his shoulder. The music was still playing, and they were still moving slowly with the beat. Step by step she felt herself more and more nervous. He was waiting for an answer, and what should she say to him?

"Starfire?" He asked.

She took her head off of his shoulder and looked at him. "Yes, Robin?"

He leaned his face in closer to where their noses almost touched. "I didn't want to go on a date with her. I would never want to do that. There's only one girl I would want to date."

She remained silent, waiting for him to say the name of the mystery girl so she could rip off her head.

"You."

She hesitated, making sure that she heard him correctly. She then smiled, her face heating up like fire. "Truly?"

He smiled, "hey, you told spider-head to keep his hands off of your boy. I should have yelled at Kitten to keep her hands off of my girl."

Starfire was happy, but she dared not speak a word. She didn't want to ruin this moment, and he didn't say anything either, just pulled her closer to him. She moved both of her arms to around his neck, and both of his arms were around her waist. His face moved closer to hers, and hers moved closer to his. Their lips so close, they could feel their breath on each other's faces.

"Robin! Starfire!"

They both pulled away from each other, looking towards their friends. They realized that the music had stopped, and they saw their friends were annoyed. Cyborg and Beastboy knew what Robin was thinking, and Raven just remained her quiet self.

Robin looked at Starfire and smiled. "Come on, let's go home."

Starfire smiled back at him. They began to walk towards their friends. As they walked, Starfire replayed the moment in her head over and over, reliving it. But she relived another moment.

Robin grabbed her hand as they walked and held it tight. She blushed, smiled, and held it back, just as tight.
