A/N: Just something short I wrote while watching a movie. Read and Review, as always.
"Go ahead. Shoot me," Oliver said, hands held high in the air. She stared at him coldly, tears forming at the corner of her eyes. She closed them, choking back the emotions she was feeling.
"How could you?" she uttered, keeping the gun trained on him. She glared, her strength returning, "HOW COULD YOU?"
"I didn't mean to," he said, not moving other than this. He tried not to look scared, to be brave once again.
"YOU DIDN'T MEAN TO? OUR MOTHER IS DEAD! KILLED BY YOUR FRIEND! AND YOU DIDN'T MEAN TO?" she screamed, distraught. He began to feel defeated, knowing he couldn't spare his sister from being like him.
"I never knew that Slade would do this, Thea. I thought I could trust him," he tried once again. She intensified her glare, staring daggers at the man who was once her hero.
"You know, I never thought you would be the one I couldn't trust. You and I shared everything before. How the mighty have fallen," she decided.
"I know you're hurt. I get it. But if you do this, there's no going back. I know you don't want that. The girl I knew wouldn't want that. My sister wouldn't want that," he pleaded, the pain visible in his eyes.
"You don't know anything about me," she said, eyes set in a defiant way.
"Yes I do. Your name is Thea Queen-" he started. Thea interrupted him with a laugh.
"I'm not her. I'm Thea Merlyn, daughter of Malcolm Merlyn. I am strong where you have been weak. And I will slaughter my enemies, including you," Thea told. Oliver knew that the girl who had been his sister was gone right then, as she called Malcolm Merlyn her father, "Any last words, Ollie?"
"I love you, Thea. I always will. You're my baby sister. I'll always try my best to protect you, and in truth I failed. If you want to join Malcolm, fine. Just remember that you had another brother too. One who died because of Malcolm!" Oliver tried.
"Beautiful words for a dead man," she smirked. Oliver closed his eyes, hearing a bang. His life flashed before his eyes, and he cried for all his mistakes. Oliver didn't learn all he messed up until it was too late, and that was his biggest regret of all.
