"Ah!" Bree shouted as she startled awake. She glanced around seeing as though she was still in her caspule. For once, okay more than once, she was glad that it was soundproof from both directions. Shaking off her nightmare she opened her capsule. Neither of the boys stirred. Though, she was more worried about Chase than Adam. She silently shut her capsule door then walked up the stairs to the living room. She moved to the couch and sat down quietly. It was silent, and right now nothing was better. Her eyes slowly closed when something- correction- someone spoke up.

"Bree?" Turning at only speeds she could master she was brought face to face with Chase. Whose expression was that of relief and terror.

"Chase? What are you doing up?" She asked, then realized the stupidity of her question.

"I could ask you the same thing. " He says, smirking.

"I couldn't sleep." She mutters angrily.

"I heard you walk out of the lab." He tells her.

"Oh." Is all she could say.

"You want to tell me why you screamed?" He asks, not sounding angry more so sounding concerned.

All she manages is to shake her head.

"Bree..." Chase starts as he sits down on the couch a foot away from her. She looks up at him, her expression hard. However, Chase doesn't shut up. "I can't help you if you don't tell me what's going on."

"You've never been one to let something drop." She mutters.

"No, I haven't." He admits truthfully. She laughs lightly, and he joins her. "Now will you tell me?" He asks, once their laughter dies down.

She nods silently before taking a deep breath, as if preparing herself for something. "I dreamt that I would tell you something... something big... and after I did you hated me for it."

"What did you tell me?" He asks, not demanding, just sounding curious.

"What I'm too scared to tell you now." She says, trying to avoid it.

"Which is...?" Chase asks.

"I think..." Bree starts, but trails.

"You think what?" He asks, moving a little closer to her. She remains silent. "Bree?" He asks, considering how quiet she is. All she does is nod numbly. He moves closer to her, taking her hand in his. Looking up at him in shock gives him the perfect opportunity to him to kiss her. She hesitates for a few moments, just as he pulls away and is ready to start apologizing she moves her head so it's under his. Then moves upwards so that she latches his lips on hers. Unlike her he doesn't hesitate to kiss back. When they have to break away, nine long seconds later, for that pesky thing called air. They don't move an inch, they merely press their forwards together.

"I love you." Bree says, quiet due to her lack of breath.

"I love you too." Chase says, kissing her softly again.

"That was my nightmare." Bree says, suddenly.

"What?" Chase asks, slightly shocked and offended.

"Except you said no." She tells him. "Then you left me." She says quietly, tears brimming.

"Bree," Chase says, grasping her chin in his hand. "I will never leave you." He says quietly. He leans down and kisses her again. They kiss for a few minutes. When they finish neither of them move. Chase simply pulls her gently by the shoulder, so her head is resting on his. She closes her eyes, and he gently rests his head on hers. They fall asleep like that and don't wake up until later in the morning...
