Prologue. (Sorry for grammar)

It was a beautiful night. I haven't seen so many stars in ages. I was sitting on the barn's roof. I loved high up places. I lived on a little farm a few miles away from the city... No, honestly, I lived in the middle of nowhere and my life resumed itself by; waking up, feed myself and the animals, go to school, hang out with friends on friday night and start over and over again. At this rate; the routine was going to kill me. I needed something exciting, some adventure. Something that would blow my mind.

Something in the sky caught my eye. I smiled as I brought my hands to make a wish upon the shooting star. I whispered my prayer, hoping that I will live some change soon. BOOM! I jumped out of surprise. Something blew up in my corn field. I climbed down the barn and ran towards the whatever.

Growing on a farm had it's advantage though. I was the fastest runner in the state. I was way stronger than the other girls and better fighter than most of the boys.

I abruptly stopped infront of a crater. My heart trippled it's paste.

''What the..?'' I whispred.

''What a lovely surprise!'' Said a voice behind me.

I turned around to see a man. A very handsome man, I must say. Tall and thin, he had the darkest hair I've ever seen, and his blue greenish eyes were glowing out of his pale fragile skin. It didn't stop me from notice his weird clothing wich could be stolen from a Shakespeare theater with his black and green leather jacket with what it seemed to be a sort of golden epaulet or whatever. He took a step towards me and my gut told me to run, but I was wishing for excitement for so many years that my reason was drowned.

He kept coming closer and his hand reached my cheek, burning my skin with his cold touch. I shivered when he smiled with amusement. He seemed to want to eat me alive. He wasn't here for my good, on the contrary. He bent down on me and his warm lips touched my ear.

''What is the name that goes with those beautiful eye?''

''Let go of my daughter, you son of a bitch''

The man turned around as his arm snaked around my waste. He tried to give my father an innocent smile, but my dad cocked his shotgun. The familiar sound of the gun brought me back to reality, but the man was holding my wrists behind my back. When did that happened?

''Your daughter?'' Repeated the man. My Dad's eyes widen, he aimed.

''Sara get out of the way-''

''Well, Arthur, I am only trying to get back what was once mine'' Cut the mysterious person. A spear/staff appeared in his hand as a blue light lighten his eyes. The same blue that was glowing from the ornement of the staff. I could feel it's power vibrating in me.

''I'll ask this one more time, let go of-''

He couldn't finish his sentence as a blue light hit him. I screamed as the man burst out of laughter. He loosen his grip on me, letting me run to my father's side. He was still breathing, but he was unconscious. I took grip of the shotgun, but the man was faster than I was; he grabbed my wrist and twisted it until I dropped the gun and he slide the blade under my throat.

''Trust me, I didn't want to hurt your father, but he didn't let me a choice, and you-'' He pressed his lips against mine and I managed to slap him accross the face. He smirk before pulling my head back.

''And you, my dear Sara, was it? You will come with me'' He finished.

''Over my dead body'' I said with all my courage. He looked disapointed before sighing.

''Sadly, I need you alive''

I don't know what happened next. I felt a terrible pain in my chest. I opened my mouth to scream, but not a sound would come out as my world became black.
