It's Wahoo
The maid stood in one of the many hallways of the enormous Lezareno building. She was new, and seemed more than a bit lost. She wandered the hall, glad she wasn't needed in a certain area of the resort. "Hmm… which floor is this again?" she wondered aloud walking down the elegant hall uncertainly.
She hadn't noticed, but a young, pink-haired girl stood not far from where she was standing. The young girl, bearing the garb of Lezareno's mascot Klonoa, walked quietly up to the maid, who was now walking backwards at a slow pace towards her. The girl stopped, and decided to wait for the maid to approach to avoid a collision.
The maid unknowingly continued in the girl's direction, quietly saying "Which floor is this...?" When she was almost directly in front of her, the girl tugged lightly on the maid's long, navy blue skirt, startling the maid so she whirled around. "Oh my-! I'm so sorry! I almost ran into you!" she said, bowing apologetically.
"It is… alright… loople-doo," the girl said.
"Oh, that's good! Well, I'm glad you stopped me. I almost tripped over you!"
"I'm OK, loop-le-doo. Are you… lost?"
"Well, um… uh, yes. Yes, I am terribly lost."
"Would you like me to help you, loop-do?"
"Oh, would you? Thank you so much-uh, what is your name, young lady?"
"My name is Presea Combatir. Wahoo."
"OK Presea. My name is Silvia. Can you tell me which floor we're on?" Silvia asked politely.
"This is the third floor. It is the lounge and restaurant area, wahoo. The second floor houses a variety of shops. The first floor is the entrance and reception desk, loople-doo. The fourth and fifth floors are accessible to only employees and guests. That is where most of the guest rooms, including the master suite, can be found, wahoo."
As Presea gave her tutorial, Silvia was taking mental notes on every bit of information she was given. She smiled. "Woohoo! Thank you so-"
"Wahoo," Presea stated firmly.
"Umm, does it really matter?" Silvia asked, slightly dumbfounded.
"Yes, especially since you have come to work at Lezareno. As the mascot, it is my duty to spread the language of Klonoa within this city's boundaries, wahoo wahoo," Presea stated with a slight edge of determination.
"Oh, I'm sorry," Silvia said. "Oh! That's why you were dressed like that!" Presea nodded. "Now I get it!" Silvia lightly smacked her head with one of her hands. "Duh, silly! Well, thank you very much, Dream Traveler Presea! Wahoo to you, too!" Silvia said, chuckling at her childlike giddiness. "Good bye, now!" she added. She turned and ran off to find the elevator, so she could find the head maid, Bella, so that she could receive her first task at the Lezareno Resort,
As Silvia left, Presea couldn't help but wear a smile on her previously emotionless face. As the energetic maid ran off, small tears came from Presea's eyes. "You remind… of someone I lost years ago…"
