Rites of Passage
Author's note: Its just a series of little drabbles and short stories that will follow some moments I particularly liked. Starts right from 'Children of the Gods'.
It was a right of passage really.
They had all looked at her in the briefing room, sizing her up as a woman and a weakpoint; but she was here wasn't she?
On Colonel O'Neill's left.
And that moonshine was being passed around.
He grinned as he handed it to her and surveyed her over his water.
'I dare you.' His eyes seemed to say.
The team glanced in their direction and suddenly she had an audience. Tipping the bowl to O'Neill she drank deep.
God that stung.
Eyes watering she looked up.
He smiled and handed her the water.
